The business wasn’t open when we arrived at our scheduled time of 10:30 am. When we returned after 11:00 am we were told by two employees that they were there for the 10:30 am appointment and that we were not there. We insisted that we were there at 10:00 am to 10:45 am they disagreed and stated that they were there at 10:15am, surrounding businesses attempted to argue on our behalf to no avail. We are seeking a full refund and would suggest that you discontinue your relationship with this business
