There was very little information given, but what information was given was badly delivered and boring. The tour lasted over an hour longer than it was supposed to. I love history and ghost stories, but I just wanted to leave almost the entire time.

Wrote an extensive review on tripadvisor detailing why we disliked it. Mainly because our tour guide told more anecdotal information than historical tale and we did not visit ONE place listed on the advertisement. Seemed like they overbooked and divided the groups. Your tour destinations wer e based on luck of the draw. We bailed halfway through when the group was dumped at a bar for a 10-15 minute break.

Wendy was great, she knows her town present and past! I was glad we did the adult only, really not for kids, and the later tour .it needs to be dark out! It was a bit crazy...a lot of people...at the meeting spot but it got sorted out quick and ran smoothly from there. Never knew of NOLAs spooky past, fun way to learn and get a tour through the French Quarter too. Make sure to bring money, one stop is a really cool bar!

Cattle Call with a Bad History Lesson

Not what we were expecting. Hundreds of people get divided into smaller groups. You keep running into the other groups. Have a hard time hearing since every corner has people playing live music outside. It’s basically a history lesson. And a bad one at that.

Not very deep on the ghost and voodo info, a little informative on NOLA history. Wr got waaaay more info on the murder and crime tour than this one. May have been a different experience with a different guide but we left ½ way through. Part of the 2 hour tour is 20 minutes at a bar.

If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. We actually left in the middle of the tour it was so terrible. The guide was a poor storyteller at best, not to mention offensive. I’m not sure any of her “stories” were historically accurate and were full of her own opinions. The tour description states groups are small (10 people or less) and there were easily 20-25 people in the group. This made it more difficult to hear, but perhaps in the end that was good because this was an awful experience. I wish I could get my money back. I’ll certainly never get the hour back I spent on this tour.
