Our tour guide Martin was awesome. He made our trip. He very friendly and knowledgeable. He was the second best part of our trip. Seeing the Statue of Liberty and being in New York was first.

I highly recommend this tour if you are short on time in New York. Its a 6 hour tour but you come away at the end of the tour really getting a feel for New York and all it has to offer. Bryant our guide was excellent, he was extremely informative and had a wealth of knowledge about New York. We covered so much in a day , on the air conditioned coach getting out at the interesting spots including a ferry trip to station island and back. Bryant is full of joke's and Banter and makes the trip fun and engaging. We'll worth the money you won't be disappointed

We just rode 30 minutes in the bus. After first stop we decided to stay in the bus while the group was walking in the second stop. Drives Wilson turn off the AC and said no. He was not allowed to turn it back on until all the passengers were in. I was with 2 kids. Horrible situation with this driver. We had to go back to the hotel in an Uber car. Nasty city. We won’t be back.

Martin was a delight. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. I can not think of a better tour guide. His love and passion for his job are tremendous and it was appreciated. Learning the history of structures and detailing the architectural elements was breathtaking. He has an incredible sense of humor and he is first class at what he does.

Very good tour. Martin the tour guide and Guy the driver were great. They have good knowledge of the city. Though it felt a rushed tour. I would have loved to have included a walk on the Brooklyn bridge. Not just standing at the tip of the bridge. All in all it was good.

Good plan, mediocre execution

The plan was very good on paper but it could have been better executed. It turned out to be a long 6 hours, with little insight into NY. I perceived that the guide was a substitute and not usually in charge of these tours. The guide did not know the answers to most of the questions we asked and when really stumped googled the answer. We could have done that. Also, even though the Staten Island Free Ferry experience was interesting, we were under the impression that we were taking a boat ride to the statue, not a pass by in a commuter ferry. In the end, they were scrambling to keep us occupied until the time was up.
