Despite having a confirmed reservation in advance for late morning we were bumped to mid-afternoon, then told it was too hot for the horses, even though it was 78 degrees and cloudy. it was our last day in NYC so we missed our chance to see Central Park.

We were booked for the Carriage Ride at 10:30 am on Monday 9-11-2023. They asked us to change to 1:55 pm that day. About 12:45 pm they canceled the trips for that day due to hot weather. Rescheduled for 10 am 9-13 2023. So we haven't had our ride yet.

Vitaly was superb..kept us interested in all around us..stop for pictures which are fantastic…would recommend this to anyone..only advice is the 20 or so companies that run the rides need to be better organised..you can spend 10-15 minutes trying to find the right guy ..so arrive early.

The most enjoyable aspect was The photos at the lake. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable but his English was not clear. We were not able to stop at any of the points of interest, so that made the tour not as interesting.
