This tour was one of the best times I’ve had on any trip! I reserved this tour for me and my husband and our two teenagers. Not having been on a bicycle in over ten years, naturally, I was a little apprehensive about biking through NYC. But the e-bikes were easy to maneuver and awesome fun for everyone! Our guide was super helpful and informative. I recommend this to anyone. You will discover all of Central Park and hidden gems on the upper -west side, all while staying cool and saving your feet! Highly recommended!

Fist time riding into Central Park . I was born a raised in new you but moved away and never had the experience of seeing the entire park . Zach did an amazing job explaining all the areas and exposing us to the entire park . I would do this ride again . Guys at the shop are amazing . Highly recommend this shop

My friend and I attended this tour last week and were so lucky to catch a lovely warm day (for New York) and were the only 2 people on the tour. Chris hosted us and he was super accommodating. We had another tour to get to afterwards and he adjusted the tour slightly to ensure that we would make it over in time and was kind enough to help us journey plan too. Furthermore, the icing on the cake is we attended the tour the day before St Patrick's Day and when mentioning going to see the parade, Chris said that he just happened to have 2x tickets for the grandstand area that he wasn't able to use and arranged for us to have them for free which was incredibly generous and really encapsulates the kindness of New Yorkers that we encountered our whole trip.
The bikes themselves really exceeded my expectations of any other bike or E-bike tour I attended as they were essentially fully electric at times and made getting up hills and overtaking people a breeze. They were comfortable and we both felt safe despite not being the world's most confident cyclists. We managed to do a 16 mile loop in total including the whole perimeter of Central Park (as well as other areas like along the Hudson River) which would not have been able to do otherwise in our time frame.
The only downsides to the tour was we didn't feel the information provided whilst on the tour was super in-depth and he wasn't able to go into tonnes of detail or really answer many of our questions about the points of interest, which we would have expected from a bike tour guide, however he was certainly friendly and helpful at all points and was definitely able to answer all questions about New York in general with regards to tips and recommendations and what it is like living there. The only other dampener was the bikes were fitted with phone holders which we were advised to use and I could only assume meant they were safe to use and I ensured I tightened it well as I am careful with my valuables however my phone fell out the holder after hitting a small bump very early on to the tour and completely smashed on the floor which was really disappointing mid-holiday so I would definitely not recommend using those. Chris did offer to recommend places to get it fixed but wasn't super apologetic about the phone holder not being up to par.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend if you are looking to experience a lot of central park and other areas on a limited time frame. If you would prefer a bike tour without the exhaustion then this is definitely for you. If you're looking for tonnes of information and history whilst on your tour then maybe consider another one but we didn't feel we missed out.

This a great tour. We were able to see parts of the city we would never have seen if not for this tour. And of course you get to travel the entire park which is not easy to do in one day unless you are on a bike. The bikes were new and comfortable, they were also easy to ride and best of all they were super fun to ride. Our tour guide, Peter and his helper Ben were so nice and accommodating, they were willing to answer any questions and give us snippets of fun facts. I recommend this tour and would do it again in a heartbeat!

We live in NYC and wanted to take this tour to learn more about e-bikes. Our guide, Peter, was fantastic. He provided us with a great riding experience on a beautiful day. While we were familiar with many of the landmarks we saw, Peter added depth and knowledge to each stop.
