I’m sure the experience would have been great if it wasn’t for all the fog. My 10yr fell asleep bc there was nothing to see. We barely got to see the Statue of Liberty. It was just the shadow…

Four of us went on this cruise. One was a child. We enjoyed it, however, when we tried to get premium seating, we were told there was no more, yet people who had not paid for premium seating got to sit in there. It was not monitored well. That was disappointing.

We were planning to take a cruise with 4 adults and 2 young kids but bad fog during the day so tried to reschedule for safety reasons, and the cruise line said we could only do so through Viator. However, we have not yet heard back from Viator.

This was an excellent tour! Lots of interesting information and our whole family ( ages 7-73!) had a great time. Highly recommend.
Wrong information on site
Luisa_M, Dec 2022
We missed the cruise because the information on the website was different than the information on the tickets. We didn’t make it to the correct pier on time.

Great tour! Gets crowded on the boat so arrive early for window seats or the better standing room. The inside was warm. Amazing view of the Statue of Liberty.
Best way to see Statue of Liberty

We had one of the best experience in this boat. Rather than having to stand in the liberty island it’s soo much better to use this service and still enjoy the view. The crew were very helpful thank you

I purchased the ticket when we arrived they told me I’ve to get two drinks per person as a minimum. This was not clear while I purchase the ticket.
Then they put 18% tips in the bill.
The show itself is average.

Awesome experience. We were able to move around the boat to take pictures as we passed landmarks. The host was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to listen to. Did not feel packed at all and had the option to go inside or outside, which was great. Would definitely recommend!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but spoke very quickly. Hard to keep up and to find the buildings that he was referring to. Fun way to see the city though!

It was the perfect amount of time to see so much history floating down the Hudson! Perfect views of the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge.
