Not worth it but the weather was poor

Terrible Western but we were willing to still go for the tour , we were taken on a short ride saw a couple of spots and then taken back so it was not worth the cost.

Fun ride through Central Park. Our guide was informative and fun and kept us all safe. As born and bred New Yorkers, we saw parts of the park we never saw before. Very cool and great way to spend a crisp Fall day.

Great, easy bike tour. Our tour guide, Philip was knowledgeable and able to accommodate, bikers, Ebikers and scooters! We saw a the major sites and had time to stop and take pictures. Loved it - just the right amount of time. Bikes should be more updated but not really an issue.

Central Park is beautiful and the views are amazing. Phillip, our guide, was awesome, he helped us learn more about the park, he was funny and made sure everyone in the group was fine going thru the park. Definitely recommend it!!!

Great fun . Great guide . Super efficient and safe way to “ see” Central Park. My family loved it . Bikes comfortable although woukd choose electric bike if available .

People at the store not attentive you have to ask them for your bikes, even though you’re there for a bike tour. Most of the staff don’t speak English. Tour guide was a foreigner very hard to understand. Facts about landmarks useless if you can’t understand the guide. If you have little kids don’t do this tour. Tour guide moves at a fast pace hard for little kids to keep up. Lots of hills in Central Park poor little kids were struggling. This company is not worried about your experience, find another company.

It was extremely difficult to understand the guide. Including where we were going and stopping. Then the guide would take off and we spent the ride trying to catch up to her. At times they were already stopped and learned about something and went to look at something so then we didn't have the time or got that part of the tour. We expected a nice leisurely ride through the park. I felt like I was in training for a bike marathon. It was really quite miserable. I should have just rented a bike and did my own ride.

Great bike shop, great tour guide. Enjoyed the rose very much. Took the bike path around, made a few stops and were able to walk around. If there’s a longer tour like 3 hours might be better to see more, but you might be tired after 2 hours!
You need smaller groups of people for this your and don’t mix e-bikes in with regular bikes on the tour.

We’ve done several bike tours in different cities and so we were a little surprised by what this one was. Central Park is beautiful and we highly recommend a bike tour but this afternoon was a mess. I think they combined a couple of tours or something or they just allowed too many people to sign up. Allowing 16 people on the bike tour was way too many people. The guide would be almost out of sight from the back of the group - so you can forget about anything being pointed out. Next - don’t allow some of the people in the tour to have an e-bike. They offer separate e-bike tours - so why allow them on this tour? Finally, the tour should have an ability level listed in the description so weaker riders aren’t left behind. We waited for several minutes for some weaker riders to catch up. Central Park is hilly and if you’re in a group with strong riders then the group is going to get separated. Especially when there are pedestrian traffic signals that stop the bike traffic every couple hundred yards or so. Our guide just rode through red lights leaving the rest of us to either stop or try and run the lights and dodge the pedestrians.

Our tour guide was knowledgeable, accommodating, and fun! We were able to hit many of the sites in Central a park that we would have not be able to otherwise. Highly recommended with kids!

When we 1st arrived I was a bit apprehensive, The shop lacked any sense of fun. We were ignored as hoards of tourists were lured in from the sidewalk by the fast talking salesman pitching bike rides. However when our small group left for our tour of Central Park the tide shifted. Our tour guide Phil was engaging, informative and made our journey fun. So glad I booked this.

The meeting place was easy to find, helpful staff (we upgraded to electric bikes, highly recommend) the owner came out to make sure we were happy and on the right bikes. Phillip from Bulgaria was our guide, he was AWESOME; he was funny, extremely knowledgeable about NYC and Central Park; he really made the bike ride, thank you Phillip!

Guide was very good but the bikes were terrible. One person in our group didn’t understand changing gears. No instruction given. Experience at the check in was not great. People were not friendly.
