    • The New York Explorer Pass is activated the date of first use. Additional attractions purchased are valid up to 60-days after first use.
    • Service animals allowed

    • Go City child passes are only available for ages 3 to 12 years old. For any accompanying children under 3 yrs old please check with each individual attraction or tour whether infants are accepted and/or need to pay an entrance fee.
    • PLEASE NOTE: Some attractions welcome visitors on the day and some need to be booked in advance, so be sure to check the digital guide for instructions and place reservations well in advance (where needed) to avoid disappointment.
    • New York also has a few extremely popular attractions that don't have reservation requirements, but will involve wait times during busy periods. These include Top of the Rock Observation Deck, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, One World Observatory, Best of NYC Cruise by Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises and Liberty Super Express Cruise. For these attractions in particular, check all the tips included on the digital guide and app, to ensure you have the best sightseeing experience.
    • Attractions may have upgrades available and may be purchased the day visited, payable direct to the operator
    • Please note that visits to the Empire State Building during sunset time slots require an additional 10 dollars fee payable directly to the Empire State Building when reserving your visit online or via the onsite kiosk.
    • On the tickets, if the 7-digit code are missing, in order to activate the booking on the app, to obtain that number please call us.
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

    I pirchased a 2 attraction pass but only got to visit 1 attraction because the app was not working and I was never informed that I had to make additional reservations. I had to call the help desk 4 different times throughout the day twice at both locations and when I finally requested a refund it was denied. My entire day/trip could have been ruined had the attractions not accommodate us and had I not called several times. I had to download 2 separate apps, call 2 separate numbers, and now I’m out over $100 for an experience I didn’t get. I’m extremely dissatisfied and will not be booking with viator again.

    Great buy! We got the 6 attraction explorer pass. It was so easy to use, some of the attractions could be reserved ahead of time, and some you just arrive and scan! It was way worth the price and convenience!! Highly recommended!!!

    It’s not easy to use. I had to call several places to figure out why the QR didn’t work. The QR on Viator doesn’t work , called Go City and they couldn’t help. Should’ve just bought via go city or the actual museums. Not worth the hassle.

    This was a bucket list trip for my wife to NY for 61st birthday. I started planning several months before and good thing with all the arrangements: a package purchase (too much detail for here) multiple Broadway shows and city trips. LIVE customer service was always available and helpful (but never American , the usual language barrier issues) I’ll be doing this again

    The 911 museum was very emotional. One world observatory was amazing! Big bus hop on hop off was great! The intrepid was so interesting and RiseNY was the best! You should definitely buy this pass. It is very user friendly!
    Difficult to do some tours

    Tried to do the bike tour to Brooklyn with Unlimited Biking, they did not allow reservations, first come first serve, arrived early as suggested, found out all booked. Went all the way there and told unable to do tour. Told to try again the next day. It’s not nearby our hotel so very inconvenient to try to return to see if you can get a spot. Not being able to make a reservation when you are in NY for a short period of time is annoying. After purchase through Viator, found out some tours are first come first serve, this information should have been shared before purchase. Wouldn’t recommend.

    Brilliant trip to New York. So much to do and see and helped by using the Go City New York Explorer Pass we choose 4 passes which was fine for us only here for 4 days . Easy to use but down load the Go City App first . You then just show you pass at the attractions . Hop on and off bus was really good .
