Don't Ever Go With These Guys! Horrible Experience!!!!

Never use this company. I had a New York NYE family party of 9 that was cancelled 1 hour before due to fog. I understand the fog issue, but 1 hour before with no information on how to get my refund of over $300! No apology...no nothing! The lady had an attitude and said it's not her problem and that I needed to call the 3rd party company in Florida to find out the process for my refund. Never again!!!

the ship arrived too late. A very old ship that you only meet in third world countries. It is a shame to have tours with such ships in New York. We are in 2022 if we don't remember and we are humans and not animals.

The boat is very old and needs work. Dirty windows made it difficult to enjoy the views. Staff was ok but a little edgy and not welcoming. Would suggest another cruise line.

Experience was great, the tour was fantastic, the person clicking pics was awesome, - just need a little better instructions on where to go exactly- pier 36 has a lot of docks- some details on where exactly to go would b helpful- but the people were nice and the experience is great!

Horrible experience!! Go there on time! Waited in like for over 40 mins . The boats engine died right before everyone boarded and they didn’t have another boat. No one told anyone anything and we all sat there . No boat ever came! Then when I tried to get a refund the lad was beyond rude and hung up on me twice!

Good tour! One thing that should be mentioned that the boat slip you need to arrive to is #3 on Pier 36. And lineup ahead of time if you want to be near a railing to see out.

The cruise was 20min. late, so all of the people on the line was sweating under the beating sun. The boat was also crowded. There was not enough room for people to have a safe distance from each other and not many people were wearing masks. Also, the waters must've been choppy because the boat was rocking so much that my family were getting headaches. Thank goodness it was a short ride or we would've gotten seasick.
