      Terrible breech of trust !

      My experience was fine except for CircleLine boat tours. I paid $919 for my family besides the fee to CityPass. The tour was canceled and I cannot contact them! CityPass refunded my fees to them but have done nothing to help with the boat tour fee.Circle Line is deceitful and reflects poorly on CityPass.

      Couldn’t book the 9/11 tour through Viator (supposedly full) so had to do it through the 9/11 web site and pay full price.

      The only problem is for some attractions, you need to wait for a long time to be permitted entry, especially during peak hours. It will be great if the CityPass can also help us to reserve a particular time for ticketing.

      Thank you for your feedback. Most attractions do require that guests book in advance. Guests without reservations may have to wait for entry. You can make reservations through the CityPASS Travel Guide (citypass.com/guide/new-york).

      I don’t recommend it. It was a waste of our money we are a group of 15. Have not been able to see any of the places they are pre booked in advance which they don’t tell you in fine print, lines are up to 2 hrs long just to get answers and find out things are not available.

CityPASS travelers can make reservations through the CityPASS Travel Guide (citypass.com/guide/new-york). If you were unable to make reservations due to lack of availability or unexpected weather closures, you may be eligible for a partial refund; you can submit a request at citypass.com/returns.

      2 tickets to a museum cost us £200+ 👍 Ticket become unusable after first usage on day 1. Help desk non responsive after 36hours so I'm guessing I'll get nothing back from this. Thanks city pass.

      911 memorial was sad but worth it. So much I didn't know. It really brought you back to the day. The top of the rock was fun view was beautiful. It is similar to the empire state building. The empire state building was the best in my book. Not only the view but everything leading up to it was amazing we could have spent more time roaming around in the building.

      The 911 Memorial & Museum was very good. However, we didn't like seeing the information and pictures and information about the terrorists included in the displays. They should be anywhere near the shrines to the victims.

      It was great to be able to prebook for the day and time so you could plan our 3 full day trip to New York. We did 4 visits when we could have booked 5 but I think it was still cheaper: 9/11 museum and memorial Ferry to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Empire State Building Top of the Rock It would be good to include Freedom Tower and also the glass deck as options.
