All you have to do is hop in the comfortable air-conditioned car and let your private driver navigate the New York City streets. Skip the subway or a taxi cab. When your stay in New York is over, take this private transfer to JFK International Airport (JFK), La Guardia Airport (LGA), or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). Transport is by sedan for up to three passengers. Or, if you are traveling in a group of up to five people, transport is by minivan.

It’s really quite simple: give your flight details and your Brooklyn address and your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours. You’ll be given a transfer voucher that you present to the driver. After that, cruise casually and worry-free to the airport to catch your flight on time. This is a hassle-free way to get to the airport and a tranquil way to end any holiday in New York City.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Incompetent

Spending hours on the phone modifying the original trip, receiving a confirming email of the modifications, only to have your incompetence mindlessly cancelling the ride and leaving us high and dry. Cost me an additional $75 which you can send to me ASAP.

Terrible Experience

The ride was scheduled and paid for in advance. I made the reservation by phone. We were to be picked up at 7:45am at our hotel and taken to Newark airport. When making the reservation, the address of the hotel and the time of pickup were clear. On the day of pickup, no car arrived. I called the car company and they said they never got confirmation and could not get a car to me until an hour later. We had a flight to catch so arranged an Uber. I’d like a refund, please.

We were picked up at exactly the time they said we would be and transferred immediately to the airport. The only advice I would give is you do not need 45 minutes on a Sunday to get to LaGuardia airport. When I called for pickup, the company insisted I allow 45 minutes. This may be true for weekdays, but not Sunday. We made it in 15 minutes and had way too much time in airport.

Soon as my wife and I arrived at LGA and picked up our luggage, I called Carmel. The gentleman said someone will be there in 5 mins. We went outside of the terminal for pick up and the driver was there within 5 mins. We was went to a hotel in Brooklyn, which took about an hour and half. Everything went well.
