Vivian was amazing. She had so much information to share yet also gave me individual time to roam around the Statue of Liberty as well as Ellis Island. She was so interesting and you could tell she loves what she does.

It was all of our first time in Manhattan and it did not disappoint. The tour guide was very knowledgeable in the history of everything we did. She was also super fun to be around and went above and beyond for us. It was a great, memorable experience.

Hi, I booked a guided tour on 12/28/22. My booking number is 1352248536 This was the worst experience of my life. We did not get to see any attractions beyond the Statue of Liberty. Our tour was at 1 pm and we were left by our tour guide, who neglected to mention we needed to go back to the boat with him at certain time. To have a tour start at 1 pm knowing full well it takes hours just to board the ferry is shady and predatory business. By the time we arrived at the Statue of Liberty, it was infeasible and impossible to make the other two attractions before they closed. We got lost due to negligence and were unable to find our way back due to a lack of instructions. We could not find any help anywhere on the island. He did not give any instructions at all. We ended up in lost Jersey City due to the complete negligence of the tour guide. There were no meeting checkpoints, no phone number, nothing. I have checked previous users' experiences and it seems that this is a pattern from your company. We are very disappointed that was not delivered what we expected. It is deplorable practice. -I am a frustrated, dissatisfied customer. We came from out of state and were taken advantage of. We were not given any historical facts or information about sights we PAID to see. It was a complete disappointment and did not showcase ethical business practices. As a result, I am requesting a full refund of $189.98 for this excursion. If needed I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau alongside any legal representation needed to secure my refund. Please advise how I can do that as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Fabulous and informative tour. This was our first time to New York City and despite the bitter cold, our guide, Leanne, gave us a warm welcome and the tour we hoped for. Short wait time and exceptional value for such a detailed and descriptive tour. Leanne was engaging and theatrical which not only captivated our attention, but that of the others surrounding us.

Not worth the money. The tour guide literally can’t give you a tour you are stuck on your own. It be better to schedule a tour form each island itself. The tour guide also walked way too fast never checking to make sure everyone was with her. It was not worth the extra money at all. Waste of time and money.

Great trip and a good choice of tours. It was a great tour to take and a lot of good information. Was sometimes hard to hear and to keep up especially at the end going to the memorial we about got lost but we did separate so some of us could keep in touch by text to find our way but overall was fun.

This tour started at 11:30am. Liberty Island was fantastic. You only really need an hour here to take photos unless you have booked to go to the top of Liberty. We only had 20 minutes on Ellis Island (as we had to get back to the ferry for the 9/11 museum by last entry time of 1530) which was no time at all so we didn’t get to see any of the exhibits there. I would have liked to spend a couple of hours here. Again, we only had 90 minutes at the 9/11 museum and weren’t even half way through when we were told that it closes at 5pm and had to rush through. It was then going dark when we went to look at the 9/11 memorial pools. The guide was great at getting us to the front of the queues for the ferry. I would recommend that this tour start at 0830 to get the most out of the day.

Great tour but I wish we had more time at Ellis Island. We had to move fast as our tickets to 911 memorial had a hard cut off of 3:30 so we only got 30 minutes at Ellis.

Total waste of money & time - this time around. I actually took this tour about four years ago and it was amazing due entirely to the tour guide’s professionalism and ability to keep the crowd’s attention while providing historical facts about the sites we actually paid to hear about. Unfortunately, our guide on this tour (Loretta) wasted time with her own commentary and opinions on topics from slavery to billionaires, politics, expensive real estate, crime, drama about men’s bathrooms, and the last straw for us was standing on Liberty Island when we were on a time crunch and hearing her skewed knowledge of the NYC skyline and again, opinions while she demonstrated the “tantrums” she thinks occurred in order to get things get done. Very bizarre. Even the information that was accurate was always accompanied with her personal commentary. We actually just ended up going our own way. It was just an awfully uncomfortable and expensive experience.

Leanne was a great guide with extensive knowledge of the locations we visited-and gave a real “performance “ bringing everything to life! Really enjoyed listening to her. Downsides-booking stated that we had to visit a location to exchange voucher for tickets. This was not the case-just had to show our voucher to the guide who was at the front of the meeting place-this needs to be changed on the instructions-as a lot of people were confused looking for a pick up location. The tour is comprehensive but only allows 40-50 minutes in each location-more of a taster visit than in-depth experience but a good introduction-but can always visit again to explore particular areas of interest. Overall a good day out!
