Quick and easy! We enjoyed it and it was very reasonable! We were in NYC for only 48 hrs, and this is a great way to see the Statue of Liberty. Within an hour we were done for the entire cruise. We even got closer to the Brooklyn Bridge. Be there at least 30 mins before so you can get a better seat.

The cruise was terrific. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. I had booked tickets months before in Australia. Got to the line an hour before and was about 5th in line with my son. People started turning up with prams and were put in a separate line, which was fair enough because there were steps in the queue. Their families were allowed to stand in the separate line. 1 group had about 12 people and were put to the front of the line because 1 person had a pram. From being 5th in line because of my planning, I ended up about 40th and the better spots upstairs were taken by people that turned up late. Terrible organisation.

The tour was supposed to last 1 hour. The boat was late 20 minutes to pick us up, and they did not extend the time of the tour. So instead of a 1 hour sightseeing tour we received 40 minutes.

We had a 3pm booking, got in line at 2:20PM. Didn't board until 4:30PM. Just before we were about to board a large group of 20 ish people walked past the 150 people in line and board immediately leaving the 150 people outraged that we all had to wait for 2 hours miss our other planned events and waste 2 hours on a board walk instead of enjoying the trip.

Insightful for those who are interested in learning an important part of history.
