We arrived 20 min prior to our ferry time as instructed and when we arrived they told us that there was over a 3 hour wait to take the ferry ride. We only had a day left in NYC so we couldn't wait in a line for 3 hours and when you buy a pass for 1:45, it would be dark before you will even see it. I called the following day and explained the situation to them and they said they would email me a response. The email followed and said sorry for your experience but we will not be returning any of your money. We had 6 tickets purchased and they wouldn't return anything! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The guide is not worth the price! We paid more then 80 dollars instead of 24$ x 2. We had 2 minutes of history concerning batterie park + the statue of liberty. We had to stand online like any customer. An advise, get your ticket in the middle of batterie Park and visite on your own, you will save money.

The worst experience ever, they tell you to meet a tour guy in front of Starbucks (24 State St.) My family and I waited for at least 2 hours no one showed up! Ended up wasting our money. It was a rip off if you ask me. Never again !

Terrible tour guide

We loved the museums on both Liberty Island and Ellis island. We took the audio tour whiz amazing. Would not recommend using a tour guide because they add no value. Our guide was rushing us so we did our own thing from the start. Her only advice was to get back to the city to eat cheesecake at a certain restaurant. She did not encourage us to see these wonderful exhibits. Awful!!

Big Disappointment!

This was a rip off. I selected the option that promised access into the statue and then when we got there, we were told there is no access. The representative who welcomed us was rude when I tried to speak to him about it, yelling at me. Our guide was funny and decent, but after he spoke to us, we had appx. 20 minutes to see the statute if we wanted to continue the guided tour on Ellis Island. I live in NYC. I arranged this experience for 16-year-old and his family as a birthday present. They came from MD. Big disappointment for $$ spent

Tour would have been significantly better had you turned up. The lack of a refund has also left us fuming. The Staten Island Ferry was much more reliable and free! Would actively discourage anyone from using either yourselves or trip advisor and hope you go broke. Thanks Joe and Lauren

Seeing Ellis island & Statue of Liberty for the first time at 70+ was phenomenal! And the knowledge and enthusiasm of our tour guide made the experience all the more enjoyable!

This was a great time. But, the time I selected was 1:45. However, my partner and I got there an hour early to walk around Wall Street while we wait. Luckily, we were in the area because the tour guide actually called me and said it’s time to check in. And he called me at 12:45. I don’t know what happened. I’m just grateful we were in the area. Once we checked in everything was amazing and easy and we got to the ferry. Just be there in the area well before your time slot and you should be fine.

When we got to battery park we could not find where we were supposed to be. We asked at the booth and they said we should be in New Jersey at that boarding place. We had to purchase new tickets to board in New York.

Most unorganized group I've ever dealt with. Emails said be at the meeting place at 1115, at 12 we were told we were in a 1 o'clock group. Did not leave meeting place until 2 o'clock. Wasted OUR sightseeing time. Very hard for our group of 6 to sit & wait. Our guide, John was very good
