Scott was a great tour...

Scott was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable about the areas. He had answers to all of our questions. The path he took us on was beautiful. We wouldn’t have thought to go to certain regions had it not been for the tour guide. Loved the little celebratory homemade lemonade in the end!

We loved this tour! Scott had a wonderful store of knowledge about the history of Brooklyn, its historical, renovated and new buildings, and the people who lived there now and in the past. He took us to areas we would not have known to go to on our own.

Scott was very knowledgeable! He had first hand knowledge being a resident himself. He answered all of our questions and made us feel considerable. At the end of the tour he even gave us fresh home made lemonade that he made himself. It tasted amazing!

This was one of the best tours we have ever done. My wife and I were visiting from Australia and our tour guide Scott was able to share lots of local knowledge of the area, talk to us about how much the area has changed and show us some the best spots for photos of NYC. It was amazing walking over the Brooklyn bridge and seeing the sites of Brooklyn - Brooklyn is a beautiful neighbourhood. Highly recommend this tour!!!

Highlight of an NYC visit

Anyone can read the history of a place they visit - but Scott is one of the few tour guides who puts history in full context, up to the current moment. His knowledge of the Brooklyn waterfront (in fact, of New York on the whole) is extensive, but it's his storytelling, charm, and dedication to giving you a great experience that makes this a tour worth taking. A highlight of a visit to NYC for sure.

Wir haben viel gesehen. Allerdings zuviel - wir sind noch Broocklyn rein gegangen. Geplant war ja laut Titel nur die Brücke und die Uferpromenade. Der Führer hat ohne Punkt und Komma geredet und hatte leider kein Einfühlungsvermögen, dass meine Freundin nicht so fit in Englisch ist. Allerdings war die Tour auch sehr günstig.

The tour route is accurately described (in English) in the listing. I also summarized it before beginning. The tour was delivered in English, as listed. If this guest expected special accommodations in German, they did not ask, and I'm sorry they were disappointed, but that isn't possible for me. There are German speaking guides in NYC. Regardless, I am very sorry to hear this guest did not enjoy themselves.
