Bad experience

The owner was very rude over the phone.They gave all snorkeling tools broken and there were no one to help out for snorkeling. They stopped 7-8 times out of which 1 was for lunch. The driver was nice but he did what his owner ( company) policy was. We had a 10 hour ride mainly on the bus. We got very tired and frustrated. We will not recommend this tour as they took us on a beach to snorkel that also with bad tools.

Paul, our driver was an amazing representative for the Island tour, the kids 9 & 11 were laughing and participating in the activities on the bus and he answered all our questions about the food, plants, culture and the language of the island.

Paul was a great tour guide. Je made the tour. He was personable, down to earth and knowledgeable. Even though we had a hang-up and had to turn around he kept us O'Hara.

Fuji was an amazing tour guide. I love how we got to experience hawaii from a local, learning things only locals know. You can feel his love for the land and its culture. My only downside is that the snorkeling equipment could've been better. There was a tear in the mask and water kept leaking in. But overall, I would recommend this tour to everyone! I had a wonderful experience.

Wonderful tiring day. Derek our guide was very informative. Lovely views. Great pineapple ice- cream! Had a first go at snorkelling and managed to see some turtles. Well worth going!

Hard for kids. Enjoyable for adults but boring for kids. Keep kids at the beach or any other activity that keeps them active.

The tour and the driver Lani were excellent, only the bus was too cold. My wife has a cold for 3 days. I asked the driver not to cool so much, unfortunately the regulator for the AC was brocken on the coldest stage. Also, the driver drove the bus the whole day whit the "Check Engine" on. I guess the bus was not in the best condition. The bus and the driver were not from the Tour operator/provider Island Rainbow Tour.

Milo was a funny and friendly driver who made us all feel welcome and like a family. He is an Oahu local so he had a lot of information to share as we drove around the island. It ended up being about an 11 hour day from pick up to drop off (7:30am - 6:30pm). It was a great way to see so much of the island without having to rent a car.

We do not recommend this tour. The driver tried really hard so it wasn’t his fault. The bus was dirty and crowded. One couple didn’t get to sit together. The air conditioning didn’t work very well. Too many short stops. Too long. Too many stores. Driver drove too fast to catch up. Driver’s accent was very hard to understand. All three buses from rainbow tours were dirty. Drivers in Random clothing vs a logo shirt. Would not do again.
