Most surfaces are wheelchair accessible, since we do have ramps to the Bar, the Restrooms, and the Ohana Gift Shop, and outside surfaces of the luau have harder sand
Motorized wheelchairs are allowed in most areas, however, Germaine's Luau will not be responsible for any damages to the electric mechanism for the chair due to sand, as our luau is on a private beachfront property.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 200 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Pros: Great entertainment. Meat seasoned well. Warm weather. Unlimited soft drinks & 1 complimentary alcoholic beverage. Cons: it was on sand so wear beachwear type shoes. Too many flies.

Transportation bad, food mediocre, Show good.

. Transportation was 30 minutes late. The show was very good I'd give it five stars. The food was mediocre I would give it three stars. There were five or six pick up and drop off places one of which was the Hyatt. The the driver let us off at the wrong hyatt. We didn't realize this until she left. We had to get back to our hotel by other means. I would give her one star.

Overall, this was the best luau! The staff were professional, gracious, and entertaining. The food was soooo good. The pig was the best in my opinion and we couldn't even get seconds because we were so full from the first plate! The MC was a beautiful woman who has an amazing voice and the dancers were great. The only downside were all the flies. It can't be helped, but just be prepared to swat away flies until you're done eating or drinking.
