Honolulu is hot so time your stop buses are approximately 1 hour apart and there is not much shade to hide from the sun.

I gave this 3 stars, the site was a little misleading. It gives you an option to take all 3 lines in one day. You would be hard-pressed to do that. Additionally, only one of the lines gives you a true historical perspective, the red line. One line will take you shopping at local malls, the pink line. One goes along the coast, the blue line. The green line takes you to Diamond Head, you need reservations ahead of time for that. I recommend the red Line, you stay in Honolulu and if you have a good driver they tell an excellent story. Lastly, there are multiple lines running the routes, make sure you choose the right one that fits your needs.

The tour was very nice. My family and I enjoyed the history. Our guide, Kumu, was very knowledgeable. However, we felt he was rude to some of the guests by stopping the trolley and asking them to stop talking. Probably would go again, but with a different tour guide.

I did not enjoy our ride at all. Our driver drove way to fast and was not giving any information about things that we were passing, several he had to stop quickly and we were thrown around. I would not recommend this trolly line at all.

This was my first visit to Hawaii, and I've used "Hop On Hop Off" services in other places I've visited. The drivers we had for the Waikiki Trolley tour were very knowledgeable and friendly, and it was a pleasurable experience. I also got to see some beautiful areas of Hawaii at an affordable cost. The weather was was very windy during the trolley ride, so make sure to hold on tightly to your valuables!

Horrible experience No volume in the bus. Couldn’t hear anything. Didn’t know where to get up where to go. Only Alamoana shooing center. Got so tired and didn’t want to ge in the mall that long I would like to see other places too. And pay for two hours which was not need too. I want my money back.

Did the 4 day pass, they were awesome and issued a 7 day pass for no extra charge. For me, 4 days was to long, there is so much to see and do in the area for a week vacation that I only used it twice. I love these types of tours because it can show you around and take you to all the major attractions and also saves on transportation fee. I would recommend it, the length of time needed will depend on your plans. The place to pick up the tickets is easy to find and the trolleys are plenty and you will see them all over Waikiki. I recommend them!

It was a great tour with INCREDIBLE views. We did the blue line tour with Big Mike as our driver and he was awesome. Big Mike even stopped at The Blowhole and gave us 10 minutes to walk around and take pictures. We highly recommend this tour. 😀
