The Back Street Tour was the best tour we have experienced. Bennett and Andy took us through streets tourists would be reluctant to venture. The redlight district was an eye-opener - a must see. You'll never see anything like it. The walk through Shinsekai Osaka was great. We sampled some local foods, we learned about the homeless, and walked through ghetto. The boys are experienced, having lived in Japan for over 20years. Their knowledge was excellent. Please book yourself in for the tour. Its a must. No regrets!

We had a great time on the tour. Tommy our tour guide was very knowledgeable and had a lot of inside knowledge of the culture that we would not have figured out on our own. Highly recommend the deep backstreet Osaka tour. The snacks were also great!

Our guide, Michael, was all-around fantastic. Wouldn’t want a tour from any other! He was knowledgable, courteous, well-spoken, and funny. The entire tour was so well-paced and informative, and our group learned so much through it. I would highly recommend others to take this tour. It was an honest look at Japanese culture through a unique lens, and I don’t think we could’ve gotten this experience without the help of this tour and our guide!

A relaxed and very interesting your through the back streets of Osaka with Kevin. I learned a lot and really enjoyed the experience. Toured through the red light district and finished with a friendly dinner and drinks. Highly recommend good value.

An exceptional tour. This was the most enjoyable and interesting tour we have taken in many years. Tommy made the trip extremely interesting, highly enjoyable and fun. The route taken through the back streets was fascinating and complemented by the food stops. We would highly recommend this tour if you want a true back street experience.

Despite strict instructions about starting on time, the tour started about 25 minutes late. For those who were on a tight schedule, the tour did not end at 8:30 pm and had to miss the red light district. The tour guide was long winded and did not pay attention to the clock.

Super worth every penny. We were actually late because of my leg problem but was able to catch up. Please take note to come as early as you can so as not to miss every part of the tour. We learned a lot from our tour guide, Michael and was cery knowledgeable of the Osaka culture and lifestyle. We were also able to try local delicacies that we really enjoyed. Btw, if you're vegan or vegetarian, please make sure to tell then since there are only a few dishes available for vegans and vegatarians. But overall, the experience was really memorable and very tasty! Thank you again and will def recommend you to my friends :)

Our tour guide, who was an Indonesian student who spoke English and Japanese, who has been doing the tour for over two years was excellent. He was very knowledgable and extremely friendly and easy to talk to. We always felt safe and loved all of the information that was given throughout the tour. We highly recommend getting the dinner option with the tour as the dinner at the end of the tour was extremely delicious, and the portions were extremely generous. You were also given two snack breaks throughout the tour. Also, as long as you purchased your own alcohol, you could drink throughout the tour as well. Overall highly recommend this excursion.
