Our guide was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and fun - she brought the walking tour to life explaining the action at each site we visited. We visited Exeter University too seeing both the crypt and the quadrangle where much of the Endeavour action took place.

We met Leigh at 11.20 a.m. and off we went on a whirlwind tour of places intertwined in the three Morse|Lewis shows. Leigh was informative and fun and the crowd were a mixed bunch of addicts. I found it fascinating that there were Finnish people who were very caught up in the series. The tour was about two hours long and brought in many of the colleges, markets etc. Leigh told us of chases which happened in particular episodes, she showed us where the Morse Bar was in the Randolph hotel if we wanted to explore it after the tour. Enjoyed it thoroughly

Elizabeth our guide had a lively, knowledgeable, intelligent, endearing personality who was extremely well acquainted with both Oxford and the Inspector Morse series. She shared many insights into the filming sessions that she had personally witnessed. She moved the group along at a good pace, about 18 of us in all . In addition to the Morse locations she pointed to pubs andcolleges, places of interest as we walked together . She found interesting locations to gather us when she was elaborating on details. We were fortunate to have a warm sunny Aug day,so the whole experience was an A plus. Thank you so much Elizabeth. You are an outstanding guide who obviously loves Oxford and loves sharing with visitors.
