This was a last minute sign up and we are so glad we did!!! Francesco was fantastic!!! A great instructor who made things fun and authentic. The pizza was great and we learned something that we will enjoy for many years. Highly recommend!!!

Francesco made me feel as if I was attending my first day at work - hands washing, apron on and I don't even know when I ended up behind the counter making pizza dough. Very experienced man and very dedicated to share a real, hard knowledge with you. At the same time Francesco was very relaxed, interested in you as a person with a great load of sense of humour. I seriously considered staying and applying for a job at his restaurant
