Cooking authentic Italian in a charming chef’s own kitchen!

From the moment we stepped into Catia’s lovely home, it was like being drawn into your family…airy kitchen (perfect work space for a couple or small group), opening to a lovely patio/garden area set for lucky guests (us!). Delicious pizza and tiramisu…I have an allergy which she graciously and deliciously accommodated, all with excellent English. And, she has a wonderful command of the cooking, growing, and loving techniques…we made traditional Italian pizzas…even on a sticky night, Catia helped us tame the from-scratch dough into focaccia, pizzas, and a yummy pastry cream for the tiramisu. Authentic recipes that could otherwise intimidate seem perfectly accessible to us…plus a few surprises….a wonderful evening in Padua! It is all about the incredible connections Unforgettable. Abbondanza!
