- Pets not allowed.

The canyon was much different than the Lower Canyon experience. We waited awhile to actually go on the tour. JR was excellent. Helped us take pictures and was happy to take pictures for us. He was very knowledgeable. Canyon was much darker for taking pictures than the lower.

Do not book through this company! The people at antelope Canyon do not recognize this company as part of their service and they will turn you away. This company is just taking your money. I was lucky enough that the ladies at the Navajo tour company helped me out and got me a refund, but you may not be so lucky in the future.

I don’t understand why the tour operator would wait until the day before to send the ticket and instructions when we made and paid for the tours months before. I called to follow up 3 days before the tour date and they are too busy to talk to me!! On the tour day itself the guide was rushing us from picture taking to walking back to the bus!!!

We drove 4hrs from Sedona to Upper Antelope Canyon & then the tour was cancelled due to weather..
Very disappointed… Would have been nice to have been notified earlier…
