The Actual visit was excellent, the location is worth visiting. The challenge is there was no proper restroom available for female and kids. Our group had a big challenge before and after the trip

Amazing! But, please book through the travel sight directly. I realized I over paid significantly booking through Viator and I thought. I was getting a good deal.

    Honest truth
    Galen_K, Apr 2022
The antelope canyon is spectacular but I would advise you to go to the tour company direct as this third party charged $149 for a tour that only costs $61 from the company the upgraded time was a tour of the horseshoe bend which is basically a free tour We loved the experience but Viatour is a total ripoff. we over paid by about $80 per ticket.
    Awesome adventure
    William_R, Apr 2022
The tour of the canyon was amazing. The guide is very informative and put us in the right position for great Pictures. Definitely a must see.
Breathtaking sites. Driver assigned to us made it stressful.
    Anthony_S, Mar 2022
The Navajo guided tour into antelope canyon was breathtaking. I would recommend buying tickets at Kens Tours on your own and driving to Horseshoe bend on your own instead. The guide Chen who picked us up to drive us gave us incorrect information about pick up time and pick up location. He was not prompt meeting us and the van was not clean. This made getting to the locations stressful.
    Bad experience with VIPTOUR
    Arik_P, Mar 2022
There is a third party called VIPTOUR that booked this trip. They did not provide the tour operator exact information and contact information but listed two of them. Because of bad experience with VIPTOUR on another tour we actually drove to the location to verify the time and which specific operator. VIPTOUR does not respond to messages within Viator nor to phone calls to the number listed on the voucher. Unacceptable. The tour operator itself (Navajo owned and operated) was great and the location is of course a natural wonder. Very worthwhile visiting especially in early afternoon as we did so the lighting was great.
    Never happened!!!
    FrankP, Feb 2022
The tour was canceled minutes before it was to begin due to high winds. Drove 4.5 hours to get there. There were no disclosures about cancellation due to winds. I would have checked the weather forecast. Very disappointing!!! Still waiting for the refund.
    Response from Host, Feb 2022
We are deeply sorry for your experience. The party of Antelope Canyon believed that it wasn't suitable to continue tours under the weather conditions of the day. Considering the safety of tourists, they decided to temporarily close the it for that day. This is a force majeure factor. We didn’t received the notice of closing until the last minute. We are arranging a refund. Again, We are really sorry about the inconvenience.
    Wahnsinn!!

    Limousinen -Tour
    Daniela_K, Jun 2022
Daniela Klein
