    Scott_S, Mar 2023
A great walk thru the wonders of Mother Nature. Our guide, Lorita, was awesome. She took pictures on our cameras that we could never get. Added bonus: it snowed the day we were there; made for some interesting photos.
Outstanding program you’re overseeing with so many people.
    Christopher_S, Mar 2023
The tour guide -Mariah and her knowledge of past and present history of the upper Antelope Canyon. Very impressive!
    Disappointed
    Emily_F, Mar 2023
The entire tour pulls up and unloads at the same time: If each 12 person truck spaced out even 15 minutes the canyon could have enjoyed the tour. It was a crowded mess!!!!!
    Response from Host, Mar 2023
Dear Emily, Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry about your feelings. These days it is entering peak season for the visting at Antelope Canyon. We will try our best to accommodate all the guests with a standard and professional service.
Felt cheated and not worth $175 person
    Thanh_L, Mar 2023
Two experiences are being reviewed here. First is reviewing Viator.com: Worst experience, it does not worth $175.00 per person. We paid almost $900 total for 5 tickets through Viator.com and felt ripped off and cheated when we found out not only the actual price of the ticket is $100 per person but our names were not on the list to be checked in. Second is reviewing the whole experience at the canyon which also the bad because it was rushed due to too crowded, doesn't have enough time to take picture or to enjoy the scene., or not even enough time to take a breath to take in the scenery.
    Response from Host, Mar 2023
Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry about your experience. The price here we set is the same to all of our customers. We pre-arranged the tickets and additional cost applied. And we apologize for the list missing information, and we helped you to deal with the list issue the moment we got your feedback. You entered a better tour time finally as per our ticket booth staff report. And nowadays it is entering peak season for the Antelope Canyon tourism. There would be a better visiting without crowded guests during non-peak season.
    Our guide was great. So...

Our guide was great. So knowledgeable and helpful with taking pictures. Would definitely recommend this trip to all who visit Page,Arizona.
    Awesome tour
    Mariann_C, Mar 2023
Excellent tour, our tour guide was excellent, took the time to help everyone set up their phone camera to take amazing pictures. She took photos of us at all the great spots, she showed us where to take the best photos.
DO NOT USE VIATOR FOR THIS TOUR!
    Nathan_D, Mar 2023
I purchased this tour 4 weeks prior to travel. I had all of my confirmation information and was told we were no let on the list. We spent nearly an hour on the phone trying to get on this tour and the tour operator we purchased from was no where to be found and Viator could not reach them either. I was told we would have to purchase tickets for a later time if there was room. This was extremely distressing as our whole vacation to Page was based on this tour. We were eventually able to get in but not because Viator or the tour operator were able to help. I have not been offered any sort of refund despite the incredible trouble we were out through. The Canyon is spectacular but I decided to rate Viator rather than the tour. Perhaps book directly through Navajo Nation.
    Response from Host, Mar 2023
Thanks for your feedback. We are deeply sorry about your experience. Due to our work mistakes, your list was not updated correctly to the ticket booth. When you contacted us for help on the tour time, we immediately got in touch with the staff in ticket booth and finally your group entered the canyon successfully. Once again, we are sorry about your experience. We will imrpove the working process to avoid such mistakes again in future.
    Beautiful place and great guide
    Rajendra_a, Mar 2023
The guide (Marianna, my apologies I misplaced her name) did an awesome job. She knows how to take the pictures.
    Nature’s beauty
    janet_c, Mar 2023
The whole experience was awesome. Our tour guide Toby was knowledgeable and friendly. It is hard to believe that such beauty was inside the entrance. Thank you to the Navajo community for sharing this natural wonder with others.
    An absolute must see
    Kimberly_H, Mar 2023
Our tour guide was absolutely amazing. He assisted with our photos. Amazingly beautiful site. Antelope is more beautiful in person.
    Picture Perfect
    Mary_S, Mar 2023
Roger was very kind and made our tour a pleasant memory. He took a bunch of amazing pictures for us, and even showed our tour group how to take the best pictures. I would advise to come ahead of time(as the booking sites state) to avoid missing the attendance call/reservation check in.

Our tour guide Wyatt was outstanding. He helped us take great photos . Great experience. Beautiful formations.
    Good experience
    Vanita_G, Mar 2023
Expensive - the tickets via Viator cost me twice of what I could get at the cash counter. Easy to book via Viator. Difficult to understand the Viator rep at times. Viator’s tour availability on the website did not line up with the actual availability by the tour company. So there was a lot of back and forth after paying for the tour. The tour itself was very focused on picture taking spots, rather than any history or geology of the canyon. I had to google and wiki info re the canyon. The guide helped with a lot of pictures, so that was nice.
    Response from Host, Mar 2023
The price is the same we offer to all the guests. We arranged the tickets in advance with additional cost applied. It's a different stock channel.
    Beautiful canyon, average guides
    Ilana_B, Mar 2023
The canyon is beautiful. I would not recommend the company or the guide. It was overcharged for the experience. We were rushed through , it felt more like a rushed photography session rather than a tour . Tour guide did not provide any information about the canyon but did help take pictures. Not what I expected at all from the tour . It was very crowded and rushed.
    Response from Host, Mar 2023
Thanks for your feedback. It is entering the peak season now for Upper Antelope Canyon. You may provide us with more information about the guide and we need to make sure every guide is professional to every guided tour groups.
    Preferred Lower Canyon
    Dianne_D, Mar 2023
Too expensive and crowded. Loved the Lower Canyon better. Both canyons are pretty much alike, but cost wise the Lower Canyon would be my choice. It’s beautiful.
    Response from Host, Mar 2023
Thanks for your feedback. From March it is entering the peak season of visiting Antelope Canyon. We hope every guest can have a chance to visit the amazing the canyon. If you would like a more comfortable visiting, we suggest customers visit during October-February.
    Worth every penny!
    Christine_S, Mar 2023
The Canyon is so beautiful. Definitely worth seeing. The guide was fantastic. Don't forget to tip!!!
    Great tour of the canyon
    claudio_c, Mar 2023
Going in winter/spring, the canon is not as bright as summer time so be prepared it may not look exactly as the marketing brochures but absolutely beautiful and worth the trip. Our guide Lemoi was fabulous, help to adjust everyone's cameras for best pictures and point out special things to see.
    Really Beautiful!
    catherine_s, Mar 2023
We had a Great guide and she was a Great photographer. The color play in the canyon was wonderful. I was afraid the hike would be too hard but the canyon was quick and easy. The hike back around to the truck was slight tougher but doable. It was a long drive there but worth it!!
    Adventure
    Jeffrey_P, Mar 2023
Excellent guide! She not only talked about the slot canyon, but also the history of her native culture. We took our time walking through the canyon, and I never felt rushed. It is certainly a beautiful canyon and one of our treasures that we need to always take care of! It’s a definite must do!
