Dry nice tour with nice tour guide. Our tour guide was really nice and professional, he explained some science background how the rocks are formed and helped us with amazing pictures. Hope they could share more story about antelope canyon like how it was discovered, then that would be more perfect.

    Weather impassable but no cancelation
    Shelly_B, Mar 2023
Given the weather and travel advisories issued the day of our tour we were not able to get from Phoenix to Page. Rain, snow, icy roads, road closures and so on. Knowing the storm was coming I asked to switch tour to later in the week and I'd even purchase additional tours but was told no. I am aware there is a no cancelation, no refund policy which I was not asking for. In my opinion the company knew travel may not be possible so didn't cancel so they wouldn't have to refund the money but also wouldn't switch the date, they get to keep the money and have nothing to do and still say it's within the guidelines. Technically true but morally and ethically wrong making it so much worse and a company I wouldn't want to do business with.
    You should see Antelope Canyon

We arrived on a drizzly day. Concerned about flash floods, we tried to cancel for a refund. Luckily we were denied, decided to go on the tour and it turned out to be a transcendently enjoyable experience. Our tour guide, Sunny was fantastic! He share the history of the place and how the organizers and Native American owners and guides are as concerned about our well being as us. They monitor all the weather and water systems all the time and had to cancel about 15 tours in 2022. At first, we were also skeptical because there were hordes of people, but they have figured out the progression of 14 person groups superbly, so it doesn't feel rushed. Sunny also showed us how and where to get the best photos and did a little demo about the canyon formation which was quite charming. This is a once in a lifetime experience, yet I feel that I want to do it many more times.
    Increduble

    Very disappointed
    Diane_B, Feb 2023
There was a winter storm warning, the day of our tour. It was recommended by the Arizona highway patrol not to drive from Sedona to page due to snow and wind. We called the office for upper antelope Canyon to say that we were unable to travel and take the tour on that day we spoke to Edwin and he recommended that we write an email to their office, explaining why we could not make the tour, we sent an email asking to be rescheduled for this Thursday the 16th. We did not ask for a refund. We just wanted to be rescheduled during our stay in Sedona. We received a letter email late last night stating that they would not reschedule nor refund they stated that because they were open , it was our obligation to drive to 200 miles in the rain and snow in the rain and snow and snow and wind in unsafe conditions. We are very disappointed, and will never even consider using your services again.
    Amazing Antelope canyon!

He also showed the best settings for our phones and exact angles to take amazing pictures. Will never forget this. Bucket list definitely!!!

    Great tour!
    Yunji_S, Nov 2022
My family and I joined the 9:10 am tour in mid-November. We were worried since it was not during the prime time (around 11 am), but we enjoyed our experience regardless. There was enough light and in fact, there are some spots that you can see better because the light is not too strong. Our guide was also super friendly and informative. He knew the right pace of the tour so that everyone can get their photos, which added so much more to the tour! Mask is required, and you can ask one in the register. The truck we rode to the canyon was partially enclosed, but it could be pretty cold so I’d say to wear proper outfit for cold.
    Spectacular

Per paper request to ck in to the location Is too long. A rush tour and request no flash. But why the tour guide able to use flash to take photos . A pretty place to visit but not enough time to enjoy
    Response from Host, Nov 2022
Dear customers, thanks for your feedback. We hope you understand that during peak season there are more people, so we recommend arriving 45 minutes early. Guided tours also can not use the flash. The entire tour is 1 hour, which is a standard time, and we look forward to seeing you again. The best, The best,
