    Working together finding the clues. The props and sound effects were very realistic! The staff was very friendly and helpful and we had such a wonderful, fun filled time!!

    This our first time attempting an escape room experience and we totally enjoyed the experience and the teams who helped us with clues. I think this would be a great team building or bonding exercise.

    The staff was very friendly and supportive. Our "assistant" was Levi he explained the game/rules very well and knew when to check in on our group for supported us when needed.

    We booked the Titanic Escape Room as part of a destination Bachelorette Adventure (5 women). The escape room was perfect! The clues all went together, perfectly; the room was well designed; and Challenging enough to make us think. If we had more time I would have loved to do all of their rooms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Fun to do . My kids loved it so much, it gets challenging and makes you think on finding and figuring out the clues. We did the titanic theme . Will definitely go back and experience on another escape room theme.

    Had 2 groups of 7 (men versus women) of parents and our compete for bragging rights and we both finished under 30 minutes - but the ladies won the day by a hair. Having a group of 7 in each room made it a little too easy and wish we had kept it at 3 or 4 per room to make it harder. And maybe 1 more room would have made it even more exciting. But overall - a really fun time and folks there were great. Would go again if in Palm Springs!

    The staff was very helpful. The clues were not too hard or too easy. It was the perfect challenge. Unlocking the mystery clues and solving the puzzle brings great satisfaction.

    Had a great time at the Titanic. The clues were tricky and we admittedly needed a couple hints (graciously provided by staff) but definitely a fun event ! Staff were attentive to safety and asked all participants to be as well.
