      (Late March) after Louvre booked with my phone while walking towards Pont Neuf ( historic bridge), 45 minutes later we were on a sunset cruise on the Seine with our family of 4 adults. Excellent guide in English and French. Great location with close dinner spots for after. Good way to see major sights in short amount of time. Great value for what you get to see!

      My wife and I booked this trip as part of our wedding anniversary celebration in Paris. It’s a great way to see some of the key sites and the commentary was excellent. The only disappointment was the lack of information on the operator’s web site - it just said every half hour and didn’t say that this was reduced on Sundays, which meant we had a long wait for a boat.

      We take a night boat tour every time we come to Paris. We almost skipped it this trip but decided at the last minute to do it. It was great. Easy boarding, great seating, not overly crowded and located right beside the bridge for easy access to public transport and taxi stations. As we left we agreed it was the best night tour we had ever taken in Paris. I’d definitely recommend.

      Very good experience, nice boat and crew. But the system wasn’t scanning the QR code, showing a red mark etc, Despite of that, they let us in. It is an unforgettable experience.

      We were not able make this trip to due to the rail strike in UK/Eurostar. Our train to Paris on January 4, 2023 got canceled due to the rail strike in UK. We were tourists from USA and was was visiting UK for only for 6 days. We would be grateful if you could return our money back. Thanks.

      The tour runs between 10:45 AM - 10:00 PM, and we reached the spot at 6.55pm on Dec 24th. Strangely the office was closed and the tour operator instructed us to come back on December 26th. When we went back on 26th they did not allow us to use the tickets. So we requested a refund. Viator (as usual) rejects our refund request and we receive an email from the tour operator stating we can use these tickets within the next year. Really? Do you expect us to travel to Paris for taking Seine River Cruise? Still trying to get a refund….

Indeed during this winter period we have many fewer cruises and I do not understand why you are refused to do the cruise on December 26 because the ticket is valid for one year.       It was not possible to understand the guide. It would be better to do a good record and just play it. Overall, it is a good way of having an overview of the city with a beautiful perspective.

      I would give this a zero star rating if i could. First, the url that was provided for the company was not a clickable link which made it very hard to navigate to the website. Then after we manually entered in the url to the company website the night before our excursion, it said the cruise left at 9:45pm. Then the day of, they changed it to 9:15pm without us knowing. It really doesn't make sense why the time was changed and we lost out our money because the 9:15 cruise was the last one for the night.

      The boat ride was pretty and it was nice to see things from the water. The guide technically spoke English but he spoke ridiculously fast and you couldn't understand him.

      I suggest doing it around sunset to see the sunset hit the monuments and also see the lights turn on. In Nov ever that would be the 4:30 ride. It was beautiful sunset hitting the water and Eiffel Tower

      It was value for money and very enjoyable. Only slightly spoiled by noisy school children who drowned out the guide. Also he spoke too fast. Otherwise it was well worth it.

      Really worth the fee and a bucket list attraction in Paris. A great way so see some of the monuments in the city and see parts of Paris less advertised.

      This is very misleading. Vedettes is in two places. Vedettes Paris and Vedettes du Pont Neuf. I never made it on the trip, as we went to Vedettes Paris. So I bought tickets all over again. It doesn't say on the ticket where the boat is located, so be sure you want the boat by Notre Dam and not by the Eiffel Tower. Very confusing.
