This has always been my favorite museum to visit in Paris, and this 1.5 hour tour only served to elevate the museum and its offerings in my view!

I would recommend this tour to anyone interested in the museum.

Erell, our tour guide, was very helpful and accommodating. She explained the history well. 90 minutes went in a flash! Ideally this tour should be for 2 hours given the extent of history and artists.

Our guide, Erell, was great, very knowledgeable and pitched her tour just right for my 10 year old daughter. We got fast track entry and happened to be the only ones in the group. We were given a taste of all the Impressionist works and learnt a lot about the cultural background of the time too.

We paid a lot of money for a private tour of the Orsay. Two days before I started messaging asking for information and nobody answered. We went to meeting point where the tour guide never showed up, didn’t answer messages or answer their phone. I am working with Viator to get my money back. Do not use this tour company. Didn’t have any issues with other tour companies.

Our guide Juan was very communicative and being a painter herself had a very precise-sharp “eye” on different eras - art moves. You get an executive summary of Musee d’ Orsay highlights and then you can spend as much time you want to go through certain museum parts in more detail

Not skip the line but worth it!

Enjoyed this museum- our tour guide Damian was a walking encyclopedia of art history and added so much to our appreciation of what we were seeing. It was a rich experience. Plan on staying longer after the tour so you will have time to linger a little longer to see other pieces not specifically addressed on the tour. The time went quickly. We do think it is a misnomer to call it the “skip the line” tour as it does not include the entrance ticket. Since we didn’t realize this till a few hours before our tour, we had to stand in line to get our tickets before the tour started. Fortunately the line was not long that afternoon. This is one of the favorites of all the things we did with 3 days in Paris!

False advertising!!

The tour is expensive and is referred to in the title as “Skip the Line”. There is no skip the line!! I waited over one hour in cold rain while my tour guide waited inside for us! False advertising at best.

This is NOT a skip the line tour as advertised. Our guide said museum rules changed several months ago. We waited in the full line. Although, the guide was very good, we lost a 1/2 hour of our tour time waiting in line. He left us promptly as if the time in line counted as guided tour time.
