Leila our tour guide was very knowledgeable and attentive. Our bus driver Brian was awesome. Great team!
Good 3 days with some minor suggestions to make it great
LouisClaude_C, Jul 2023
We booked this trip several months in advance as it hit many of the items we wanted to see during the month of July. Both our guide and driver were excellent.the The highlight was by far Mont Saint Michel however the drive to Angers afterwards was a bit long and a stop along the way would have helped( water, facilities break). The Loire Valley was also nice yet we would have preferred to skip Langeais (nothing wrong with the castle or the village) to spend more time at Chenonceau and Chambord..
Normandy from Paris

Our guide and driver were great. Professional while still sensitive to the group. We were on a packed scheduled but it seldom seemed rushed and we left each site feeling like much, if not all of the important things were covered.
So much France in so little time!
Charles_S, May 2023
If you want to spend lots of time in these locales, then this is not the tour! But if seeing sites from 3 provinces while covering lots of ground is a goal, then this works. No visit to Angers chateau, no lunch included in Chenonceau, but excellent hotels and marvelous guide & driver.
Well worth the value

Knowledgeable tour guides, tour stayed on schedule, tour company handled all details. Would recommend the hotel pickup-drop off option.

Efficient use of time to see as many important sites as possible. Guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Hotels were utilitarian, but clean, comfortable with adequate breakfast. Only one dinner included. Buses were clean, modern, and comfortable. Chateaux not castles in the usual sense. Wine tasting was fun, but only three pours (red, rose, white)
Surprised that rejecting to provide dinner
Pioneer805351, Apr 2019
Everything is very good, but on day 2, the guide told us that they do not provide dinner even it is mentioned in the tour description. And let us keep the bill to ask the refund from Viator. I double check with Viator that meal should be included and agree to send the bill to their follow up. At last, both of them reject to return the meal cost to us.

This is a great trip to get a feel for the area. The tour is for a large group of people, which is not really my preference, but for the price, this is the standard. The hotels were lovely. The only comment I would make would be recommending less stops so we could have more time at the prime spots. We left the hotel very early in the morning, and got there after 6:00 pm at night. Helene was our tour guide for most of the trip. She was amazing. Mostly we loved it. Just a little tiring.

The 3 day tour was good. We were moved by Normandy and the American cemetery and feel we had adequate time there. St. Malo was a delightful town that we enjoyed also. The first hotel was fine although the dinner needed improvement. Other reviewers made the same remarks about the food. Mont Saint-Michel was a wonderful experience, but we really felt we needed another hour or so. We had to hurry so at the end, we did not have a minute to look at anything in the shops--we barely had time to buy a book on MSM. The second hotel was fine and dinner was considerably better. The third day was the biggest problem. Absolutely not enough time at any of the stops. Perhaps the tour needs to have one of the stops removed to allow for more time at last chateau.

Guide Corinne who was with us for the first day and a half was excellent. Guide for remainder of the trip was difficult to understand when speaking English. She seemed much more at home in Spanish and, of course, French. Itinerary should include more time at the D-Day landing sites, including the Museum, and could eliminate one or two chateaus/castles. Accommodations and meals were outstanding. Buses and drivers were first rate. All in all, a good experience. Dave S

Our guide, Dominique was incredible with her ability to remember all of the historical details with such detail. Despite our bus breaking down in Rouen, we had an incredible 3 day trip and would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a great overview of northern France.

Wonderful tour! It is a great way to see the French countryside in a short amount of time. The hotels we stayed in were very comfortable. Our guide was very nice and gave us lots of great history about the areas we were in. I highly recommend the tour!

This tour was amazing, the tour guides were very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the history of the american soldiers that disembarked there in WWII. Also the chateauxs were interesting.

Our tour guide, Dominique, was exceptional. Her knowledge and English was excellent. She gave us the right amount of information both on the bus while driving through towns and while touring the different sights. She also gave us great tips for our free time. It would have been nice to have a little more time at Omaha Beach and a little less time at the Graves, but that wasn't her choice. We highly recommend this tour.

This trip was very good except that the food on the first night at the Novotel Caen Hotel was the worst. It was like they just provided for the sake of providing Many people in our group left the whole plate as it is...some even said it is like dogs food. Overall trip was good but the last section on Chateaux of Chambord was too quick, they did not give us enough time to see was just a rush. Driver was very good.

Michael M, Jan 2016
The guide on the tour was ok but not great. She didn't spend anytime getting to know the people on the tour. The other guide presrnted in Spanish to a smaller group on people on the tour and whenever there was a dinner, she reserved the best table for them and told me specifically to find another table. I've been on over tour operated by other tour operators and those were much better.

Our first guide Florence helped make the trip fantastic. Novatel Hotel was very comfortable with an excellent bed. The Loire Valley was nice and the châteaus beautiful. Our second guide Francois, however, was not very good and we couldn't understand her English. The bed the second night wasn't good

We saw a lot of France during those 3 days. I like the hotels and the food that came with the tour. The bus was comfortable and the people were nice. Thumb up!
