I recommend going later in the evening as you are able to see the lights of Paris and experience the Eiffel Tower at night.
Search for the Bateaux Mouche port and you will be fine.
If you have the time do it but you might be better off with other excursions.

Could not understand the speakers. Don’t drink champagne, they would not change it for beer. I did not get a refund.

Worst tour I have been on. Couldn't hear the tour information through the speakers, and didn't like the announcements being in multiple languages. More and better info could have been given if it was a real audio guide with headphones to choose a language. Go with a different tour of the Seine if you care about more than just taking pictures.

The river cruise was great. The staff was not. When we checked in, no one told us about where to get the complimentary champagne that was included in our ticket, so we got on the boat without it. I was then let off the boat by an employee & told I could grab it quickly before taking off only to then be yelled at by another employee for doing so.

Nothing against the tour itself but we were unable to hear the audio at all due to extremely obnoxious tourists! No one sitting down, yelling and constantly taking pictures of themselves! Needs to be some sort of policies in place ....

It was easy to locate and we didn't have to queue. We were lucky that it left as soon as we arrived. The tour was supposed to be an hour long but we were back before that. Toilets need to be cleaned more often.

This was a great way to begin our visit to Paris. We went right at dusk and towards the end of the tour the lights of Paris were fantastic. The boat is crowded and the audio is very minimal, but it was a good way to see an overview of the city. Great fun!

We booked this for our first night of Paris and were not disappointed! We had a lovely tour down the Seine and saw all the main attractions. There is an audio guide in all languages that point the main features out and is easy to hear. Lots of photo op's and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend!!!

This is a good way to see Paris from the river. Because you don't have a personal headsets, the information is given via a speaker... some of the people were so loud, you couldn't hear what was being said. Cool way to see Paris but definitely could take it or leave it.

We really enjoyed this excursion and the price was fantastic for what we received. Close by metro to access and we sat right at the front of the boat on the left side (first floor; open air view-because everyone was rushing to the upper deck). No obstructed views and took a great deal of pictures that will last for a lifetime of our honeymoon. Boat started eastward down the river towards the Louvre and wrapped around both sides of Notre Dame, the final big point of interest was the Eiffel Tower before heading back to port. Great way to take an hour of your feet from all the walking, and I encourage everyone to sit where we did as on the left side (port side) of the boat you will see all the big sites from the best angles for photos. Enjoy Paris!!

It was a good way to see an overview of a lot of sites along the Seine, but the title is really misleading. Champagne is not included and costs 20 euros to purchase for the cruise. Take that out of the title and then it would deliver well.

The seating is very crowded so it was very difficult to see at times with other passengers standing up and taking a huge number of photos. Also no shade upstairs so out came the umbrellas which created further space issues. On a positive the ticketing and boarding system was efficient!

Seine river cruise What s wonderful way to see Paris. From the river Seine. Just gorgeous. Great to see all the buildings and sites plus a bit more information about the bits we had missed. Would recommend.

This is a nice cruise. The pier was easy to find and it took only minutes to get through the security. The boat was clean and the tour was easy to hear. Nice way to spend about an hour in the afternoon.

Seeing Paris from the Seine

We enjoyed our tour of Paris from the Seine. We did struggle to find the boarding location, Apple maps took us to a location that was still a bit of a walk from the port. Search for the Bateaux Mouche port and you will be fine. We waited in line to present our voucher thinking we had to exchange it for tickets but were told to hand the voucher directly to the gentleman at the ticket gate. Boarding was easy, the boats are huge and it was easy to get a seat by the railing on the top deck for great views. This cruise was a fun addition to our day in Paris.
