To get to the island you've got to use the stone stairs from the middle of the Bir-Hakeim bridge. You get to the Allée des cygnes promenade where the dock is on your left. If you arrive early and do not see the boat, please wait until it arrives

What To Expect

Make your way to the l'île aux cygnes in the very center of historic Paris to climb aboard a sightseeing boat for a 75-minute cruise. Enjoy the sights from the comfort of a window-facing armchair. Refer to a travel booklet for information on what you're seeing on the banks of the Seine, or simply take in the view.

Pass some of Paris' main attractions on the cruise, including the Louvre Museum, Musée d’Orsay, Hôtel de Ville, Place de la Concorde, and the iconic Eiffel Tower. Admire these landmarks illuminated against the night sky.

During the cruise, enjoy a 3-course meal including a foie gras starter, a main course of fish and a pair of desserts. Upgrade your dinner experience to include wine or Champagne.

Your dinner cruise lasts 75 minutes, after which you'll be brought back to the starting point at Ile de la Cité where you'll disembark and continue your evening in Paris.

Please note: The cruise route changes from November to April because of high water levels on the river. During this time, the cruise begins and ends near the Eiffel Tower and passes fewer attractions.

This was my 3rd Seine River Dinner Cruise experience. The other two were with other companies and I loved them! This one with Paris en Scene did not even compare. We were rushed through a mediocre meal, the photographer ran out of time to take our photos, the bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels, etc. The seats are nice but that’s earned them 2 stars.

Because of the strikes, our schedule has changed. The Viator app and the operator were unresponsive. As a result, when I finally was able to reach them, they told me that it’s within 24 hours and they cannot move us to another date. Now I have lost money because of the unresponsive app and operator. That’s very unfortunate as I used to like the Viator app very much.

Easy to find. Also quick to respond on the WhatsApp. The cruise was ok. The food was terrible. Our group ended up going elsewhere for a second dinner. We had dirty glasses and were charged for our non alcoholic drinks. (we asked for something other than champagne) no guided tour in French like advertised or in English. Don’t spend the money on dinner. Cruise by itself

The food was terrible, the onboarding was atrocious-had to find the middle of abridge stairway to walk down to the boat. The sitting was awful, small tables, high up chairs very uncomfortable to eat, you had to hold your plate up in order to eat. The selection of drinks that you could buy was bad, JUST A TERRIBLE CRUISE DOWN THE RIVER. MUSIC IN BACKGROUND SOUNDED LIKE SOMEONE STEPPING ON A CAT THE ENTIRE TIME. WILLNOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
