  • Please note that no amendments can be made, including name changes. Make sure to bring your ID which could be asked for at the gate entrance.
  • Children's tickets are for kids aged from 3 to 11 years inclusive. In the event of minors (aged under 18) traveling alone, a written authorization form from parents or guardians will be necessary to access Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to access the parks.
  • Please check each ride or attraction for the most up-to-date restrictions. Selected attractions require children to be accompanied by an adult.

  • Covid 19 information: In line with French government guidance, face masks are no longer required but remain recommended at Disneyland Paris for experiences such as our parade and nighttime spectacular “Disney Illuminations”. The Vaccine Pass and Health Pass will no longer be used as of Monday, March 14, except for in health establishments. As a result, Disneyland Paris will stop requiring these passes as of this date. The health and well-being of guests and Cast Members remain a top priority. Since the beginning of the health crisis, Disneyland Paris has put in place a combination of measures to help reduce risk in the carefully managed environment of the resort, based on the guidance of health authorities and an experienced health and safety team. Disneyland Paris continues to adapt operations as needed based on the unique conditions of the resort.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 4 full days before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 3 full days before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 3 full days before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

A:With this ticket, you can go directly to the turnstiles at the entrance of the Resort to skip the line. However, please note that this ticket does not allow you to skip the line at attractions and rides in Disneyland® Paris parks.

Tip: arrive early to go on as many rides possible.
The vouchers are a very good deal and work fine.
The only negatives are that the Main Steeet Parade happens at 5:30 p.m. and lasts 15 minutes and the fireworks don't start until 11 p.m. You really don't need a fastpass either.

Everything was great but DisneyParis started kicking us out at 7:20p.m. Online it said the parks closed at 9:00p.m. so I don't understand why they were kicking us out so early

Tickets did not work. Spent over an hour at guest relations and on the phone with Viator to no avail. Disney could never locate our tickets. Therefore, we were forced to buy Disney park tickets at the gate. It was horrible. Totally stressful. I contacted Viator and my tour operator previous to my arrival because I couldn’t link my tickets to the Disneyland app but my tour operator never responded. Viator did and reassured me that these were validate tickets and I just needed to go straight to the gate. That was a lie

This was a good value, now that I am understanding how the site and app works it makes it easy to use. If your every in Paris and want to head there I recommend, I would not take a taxi or Uber, the train takes you right there with no issues, so simple.
