We had to take a taxi which cost us 60E.
It is a shame that the shuttle doesnt leave after the fireworks however.

It was a very long day - I'd prefer to have taken the Metro in and out of Disney on our own time. The VIP bus was very nice and it was well organized.

Great experience booking with this operator. On time, realizable, professional staff. A truly hazle free experience. Picked up from the meeting point on time, great communication from the staff at the meeting point, Disneyland tickets were issued on the spot. Evening pick up was on time and at the location where they designed. I highly recommend this operator.

The rides at Disneyland Paris are phenomenal. The bus ride was a little messed up as they didn't have our tickets for the parks available when we arrived. We had to wait. Parks were very crowded

We got there on time, had a great time at DisneyLand and came back (pay attention that it takes a while to get back to the pick-up spot, so give yourself at least 30 minutes, because you might get lost a bit). Overall, they were courteous, timely and provided a great service.

It was easy placing the order for a trip to Disneyland Paris with a convenient shuttle right outside our hotel. But was confusing because there was a picture of a bus shown and it had Disneyland Paris on it and the shuttle that came was just a white bus and there was several buses in our area so it made it a little confusing to know which bus to get on. And we went on a day that was very hot 97 degrees Fahrenheit. And the bus did not have any air conditioning which made it very uncomfortable.

The bus was 40 minutes late and a block away from the pickup location. The pickup bus left 5 minutes early, leaving some members of my group at the park. Don't waste your money. The train takes you to Disneyland for far less money.

Taking the RER would have been quicker, easier, and cheaper. The coach buses were a disaster. Several busloads of people all trying to get to the park and the operators did not have a sufficient number of park tickets to distribute. Lots of waiting for the tickets. Bus ride to the park itself was fine. Didn't use the return bus ride back to central Paris, took the RER instead so we could stay later in the park.

This was a great deal. The going to Disneyland was great. They picked me up where they said they would, and on time. I wish they would pick up later to see the fireworks show, but it’s ok. The pick up was a little rocky. They were late and no number to call when I thought maybe they weren’t coming. Other than that, it was great!

Don’t use Viator to book this trip!

When we arrived to the bus they couldn’t find our booking and we were not aloud on the bus. After a long argument they rebooked us on an other day and claimed it depended on an information error from Viators side. Luckily we could go on an other day otherwise we would have missed out on an experience we paid a lot for with limited ways to get a refound. I can’t recommend Viator to anyone, book directly via Disney instead!

Great way to experience Disneyland Paris. Transportation to and from is included in a very comfortable shuttle. Tickets to the park are provided when you board the shuttle.

Got there and back but it was an adventure

Very disorganized. Was suppose to get tickets on bus but didn’t have mine. Finally ended up with tickets and made it to Disney Land. Had to return well before park closed so missed fireworks. Was put on the wrong bus by representative for return and realized on my own that I needed to be on another bus. Transferred to correct bus then sat on full bus for 20-30 minutes while driver and representative waited to load last bus. Driver gets in to drive us back and turns off air conditioner. Everyone was trying to turn on air through the entire trip back. But we made it back! Disney was great. Not so much Express Bus.

They were on time to pickup. It was about a 45min drive from Eiffel tower. They have many locations to pickup from. It was a long day (about 11hrs) but worth it. They picked up on time as well

Disgusting Shuttle!

They overbooked and everyone couldn’t get on the Disney bus. Almost 45 min later an old coach showed up. It was so dirty and disgusting inside. Seats were broken, stained and some even moist! YUCK! There were tissue sticking out the vents. I felt so robbed and definitely lost a piece of the experience. Disney it self was ok. Will not be using this shuttle service ever again! We eventually just took an Uber back to center Paris to avoid using the nasty shuttles.
