2, 3, and 4 Multi-Day Tickets are valid for use on dates of visit selected at the time of booking (the dates of visit must be consecutive).
Please note that no amendments can be made, including name changes. Make sure to bring your ID which could be asked for at the gate entrance.
Children's tickets are for kids aged from 3 to 11 years inclusive. In the event of minors (aged under 18) traveling alone, a written authorization form from parents or guardians will be necessary to access Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to access the parks.

Covid 19 information: In line with French government guidance, face masks are no longer required but remain recommended at Disneyland Paris for experiences such as our parade and nighttime spectacular “Disney Illuminations”. The Vaccine Pass and Health Pass will no longer be used as of Monday, March 14, except for in health establishments. As a result, Disneyland Paris will stop requiring these passes as of this date. The health and well-being of guests and Cast Members remain a top priority. Since the beginning of the health crisis, Disneyland Paris has put in place a combination of measures to help reduce risk in the carefully managed environment of the resort, based on the guidance of health authorities and an experienced health and safety team. Disneyland Paris continues to adapt operations as needed based on the unique conditions of the resort.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 4 days in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 4 full days before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 3 full days before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 3 full days before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Sharing the whole experience as a family. Preprinted tickets were great. Shuttle bus back and forth really helped and allowed us to go back at night and see the fabulous finale.

Disneyland was majical but the viator website is trash. The tickets had expired before we reached there so we had to wait for hours to get it verified and correct it. Mess! Don’t buy through this site!

Definitely worth getting your ticket organised early. Another time we went to the venue and bought the ticket there and it cost more than getting it via this site. Only problem was we did still have to line up when we got to the entrance to swap out paper voucher for an actual ticket before going inside.

Good day, confusing on where we had to check in with our tickets as they're not regular tickets and had to exchange them for tickets which cause a bit of a delay in entrance. But it got sorted and an overall fantastic day at Disney!

Disneyland was great when we finally got in!! We chose these tickets as thought it would be straight forward as we were travelling with our autistic daughter we needed things to go smoothley it was a disaster arrived at park entrance tried to scan our voucher codes to exchange for tickets and they wouldnt scan! we were told then to go to the ticket booth where someone would do it for us this didnt work either they tried a few times, at this point my daughter and the rest of the family were very stressed, we were then directed to guest services by disney hotel I waited in a huge que and finally after a long wait was seen then waited for another half an hour while they tried to make sense of what was the problem. I still dont know, but as we had printed out vouchers correctly disneyland staff said soI can only assume this is a common problem by the time we got into the park my daughter was in a terrible state and took ages to calm down, very distressing and disapointing.
