          Tickets didn’t open and the operator never responded. Lost the money as well as time. I don’t recommend it.

          Great time climbing the Tower

          The tickets are a little confusisng as the app says download, but they are not avaiable until the day before you visit. Be patient and wait, they will arrive. The climb to the viewing point was great a great experience, with lots of Eiffel Tower facts to keep you engaged on the way up and down. Top tip: move away from the top of the stairs when you get to the viewing platform, the number of people thins out and you get better photographs. Also you can enter the Effiel Tower plaza before your scheduled time to have a drink and a snack and take photos. In the cafe you get a reusable cup, that can be returned for €2 refund or keep the cup, it makes a great Eiffel Tower souvenir.

          Our original tour fell through and this was a quick backup to secure tickets and avoid the lines. Tickets were received quickly, electronically. There is no optional guide, Just the tickets.

          We realised that the tickets was for climbing the stairs and not for the lift..That was rhe only problem..

          Leider kann ich nicht null punkte geben. Ich konnte mit meiner Familie nicht auf den Eiffelturm, da viator nicht wie vereinbart den Treffpunkt geschickt hatte um den voucher in ei ticket zu tauschen...., leider auch nicht erreichbar war um alle Details zu erfragen. Geld war gleich abgebucht. Und jetzt wollen sie das Geld nicht zurück erstatten. . Ohne Worte... einfach nur ätzend

          Ich hatte 4 Karten (2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche) gebucht und bezahlt. Jch habe nur 3 Karten für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind erhalten. Man hat mir 50% Erstattung angeboten aufgrund des Fehlers von Viator. Bisher habe ich nichts mehr gehört.

          Super ervaring zelf de Eiffeltoren beklimmen

          Wij hebben voor onze trip naar Parijs gekozen voor toegangstickets Eiffeltoren via Viator. Een dag van tevoren ontving ik via mail en WhatsApp de tickets. Er was 1 kinderticket tekort verstuurd, maar dit werd binnen no time opgelost via WhatsApp door Hanna. Wij gingen op zaterdag voor Pasen, dus het was behoorlijk druk bij de Eiffeltoren, maar met deze tickets waren wij binnen 20 minuten binnen door de security en entree om te gaan klimmen. Ik had het voor geen goud willen missen.

          Malgré des billets réservés et payés à l'avance, 1 heure d'attente à l'entrée du site de la tour Eiffel, avec 2 contrôles complets de sécurité (pourquoi pas un seul contrôle ?). Pourquoi ces contrôles poussés alors qu'au musée du Louvre nous n'avons même pas vidé nos poches ?

          Biglietto saltafila (e nei periodi di massima affluenza fila molto più breve rispetto a chi non ha il biglietto). In tutto per salire al secondo piano sono 669 scalini. Fattibili.

          Pratique quand il n'y a plus de billets en vente sur le site officiel. même si le tarif est quand même plus élevé. Après vue la queue qu'il y avait je recommande car cela permets de ne pas perdre de temps, nous avons attendu uniquement pour les passages de sécurité. Par ailleurs j'ai trouvé que pour obtenir les billets papier après mon achat c'était très compliqué. ( on en les obtient que 24h avant la visite et cela ne fonctionnait pas bien, mais ensuite tout c'est arrangé). La tour Eiffel en elle même est toujours aussi majestueuse. je recommande.
