      Highly recommend this to everyone wanting to climb the tower. It was great to not have to stand in the sun for a ticket.

      This was great no long wait line (maybe it was the day i chose to go i went on a Monday.) security checks were nice and smooth got in and up the tower in 30 minutes. Weather was beautiful it was everything and i needed it to be because i proposed to my girlfriend at the second level! Thank you viator. Would recommend 😊

      Unable to send ticket to my email frustrated can I refund my money, since I did not use the ticket for Eiffel Tower on June 26, 2023, the Versaiiles is fine able to email the ticket

      Quick and easy access. We had a time for 18:00 but it fit better with our day to go on at 17 and that was fine.

      We were able to skip a very long line to get into the Eiffel Tower, so we could start the climb immediately after going through security. The climb itself wasn't overly exerting, and the views along the way were incredible!

      Easy process to book and receive online tickets with priority access to climb the tower via the stairs. You can then climb and do at your own pace without a guide. Perfect for us as a family of 4.

      The instructions were clear and very helpful for avoiding the line. The climb itself was easier and faster than anticipated. Even though it was 90 out, there was a nice and consistent breeze. It felt much cooler than 90. Ice cream on the 1st level (on our way down) was delicious!

      The stairs are a hefty trek so be prepared. Tons of walking in Paris! Bring sneakers regardless of what you’re wearing!!! Breathtaking views. Go to Blue line with ticket. You can ride elevator down.
      Unnecessary confusion

      The app is easy to use and it’s nice to have all your excursions in one place. However, the directions that come with your “ticket” are unclear. When I click on the ticket, I was directed to a voucher that didn’t work at the entry. I had to call and was on hold a long time to find out the tickets weren’t working on their end either. I was sent tickets through WhatsApp immediately. Our second excursion to the Louvre had similar confusing directions, telling me to get my ticket then meet my tour guide 15 min earlier then ticket time. The Louvre does not let you get your ticket early. My husband walked over to the meeting point while I stayed in line and found out our tour guide has our tickets. Clarify your directions and I would give everything 5 stars. It was unnecessary confusion and stress.

      Great way to get a sense of Paris anytime of the day. Just be ware there are three levels and this is for access only to the first two via stairs

      We found a huge line at arrival as espected waiting to enter but went pretty smooth once the Eiffel Tower opened. Expect big crouds so be pacient and wear comfortable shoes & clotes.

      The original email kept saying to upload the ticket, but it didn’t. I had to call customer service and have the representative send me an email of the pdf file. Very inconvenient.

      Good to go with your friends or for couples! The food was nothing special bue not terrible and the downside is the toilets.

      My experience at the Eiffel was great, and I would strongly recommend using Online ticket because people without the ticket were waiting more than 2 hours, and I was at the second floor in about 15 minutes.

      It's huge tower made of small parts. Art of architecture and construction. It's pity that Viator doesn't provide tickets for journey to the last floor.

      It's a lot of walking. Not recommend for elderly or people with special needs. Can't take drinks in, but you are walking up lots of stairs. Problem
