          Worked so well. It was the only place tickets were available a week or so before our visit for our desired time, and we received the tickets a day in advance without any prompting. It was perfect!

          Great ticket. Saves queueing up to buy one. Although it was a bit confusing to know whether we had to queue in other places, but turned out we didn’t!

          Do not use !!!! No flexibility with tickets!!!

          Absolutely zero flexibility on tickets - Do not waste your money !!!! I booked 2 tickets for my holiday and when I realised the night before I had booked the morning of our flight instead of the following morning - I got zero flexibility from this company!!! I could see spaces 24 hours after my tickets booked !!!! Complaint sent to management tonight!

          Dear Grainne, You received the tickets exactly on time a day before the tour. We received your complain in the evening which is impossible to make changes. The tickets issued to you were non-refundable and non-modifiable. Please to avoid something like this to happen in the future make sure to check your booking.

          Ok in the end but was not straight forward getting the tickets. All of the emails stating “get your tickets” did not work- just sent to a website with the summary stating “this is not your entry ticket”

          Could not book an elevator pass with Viator. Had a daughter with additional needs so I had to pay €42 on top of the Viator fee to get an elevator pass.

          Boa tarde SENHORES, INFORMO QUE EU NÃO REALIZEI O PASSEIO, POIS NÃO RECEBI O INGRESSO e fui informado pela central de ajuda que o ingresso foi cancelado pelo provedor, ou seja, peguei e não recebi , e ainda estava no local, sem ingresso.

          Im Voraus für den Eiffelturm bezahlt und leider keine Leistung erhalten und bisher auch keine Rückzahlung erhalten! Unsere Karten wurden gecancelt scheinbar wegen eines Streiks. Wir waren aber vor Ort und der Eiffelturm war voller Menschen!!

          Die Stufen sind locker zu schaffen, man hat ja keinen Zeitdruck. Dafür wird man mit einer schönen Aussicht hat belohnt. Die Tickets kamen wie versprochen 1 Tag vorher per email.

          Vorteil: man muß nicht anstehen - sehr lange Schlange. Nachteil 20% teurer und keine Möglichkeit zum upgrade

          Hat viel Spaß und Freude gemacht. Ganzen Stadt lag uns zu Füßen als wir Eifelturm bestiegen haben. Das war immer schön unsere Traum.
