    Meet the team outside the Eiffel Tower, without passing any security checks. They will be near the trees and benches outside the South Security Entrance (Entrance #1) on Allée des Refuzniks. The representatives will have orange hats and signs reading "ExperienceFirst" or "ExperienceFoundry".

It’s always best to prebook any attraction you don’t want to miss or queue up for hours, however in this case we were starting our tour very early in the morning so the queue wasn’t that long anyway.
There are restrooms on the second level as well as places to eat and a gift shop.
You could definitely see the Eiffel Tower without a guide, but if you don't want to wait in long lines, this is the way to go.

The guide was great, Melanie. But it was gard to fiend her. In the park under the trees. There were trees everywhere. Guide did not have a flag so: who is the guide?. Entrance to tower: opened 1 hour to late. Hundreds of people were waiting in line without getting any info. All the official people were very unfriendly and not very keen to answer questions or give info. Then new lines for 2 different security checks, lines to get your voucher changed into a ticket and then finally the lines to the elevator. This whole circus took 3 hours. No fun with young kids, no toilets and no info

It's great to hear that you had a good time on the guided tour. Just to let you know, our vouchers contain Google coordinates that will lead you directly to the meeting point. Check-ins begin 30 minutes before the tour's scheduled start time, and you'll see all the flags up at that time. Regarding security, all visitors to the tower, whether going up or staying on the ground, are required to pass through security checks for the safety of everyone. Thank you for your understanding.

A nice way to see the Eiffel Tower

Unfortunately we found out that the summit would not be available during the week we went. It was nice to have a guide. Masha was very friendly and was able to tell us a lot of interesting things about the tower and the area. The unfortunate part is that it’s not a skip the line tour so we still had to wait over an hour for tickets.
Not worth it and don’t recommend it.

Tower is beautiful. Loved it. Tour was not really important. We had to wait in line forever just like everyone else and when we got to the ticket booth the guide went up and bought tickets. That was one of the reasons I bought a tour was to ensure my ticket in advance. Anyways the best parts of the Eiffel Tower are seeing it from a distance to truly appreciate it and get some great pics. And the tour doesn’t take you there. Your just doing the exact same thing you would do if you didn’t have the tour but for more then double the price.

Sara was a wonderful guide. Very friendly, shared interesting history about the tower, and make sure we all got where we were supposed to be. We booked this tour because all the tickets to the top of the tower were sold out and Sara's tour was a nice treat.

Great guide Rawda sharing all relevant and funny Eiffel Tower facts, taking us to 2nd level. Unfortunately top was closed for maintenance purposes. Viator claims it will refund part of the €62 for compensation.

The guided portion of the tour was informative. The tour was basically having the guide stand with us in line for tickets, explaining the history of the Eiffel Tower and interesting facts. Once you get your ticket after standing in line with the tour guide for 90-120 minutes, you make your way to the 2nd platform (skip the first but can go to it later on the way down). My group purchased the summit option, since we wanted to go to the top. The tour guide said once we reach the end of the elevator ride up to the 2nd platform, we are on our own. The guided portion is very short. So, if you have tickets that you purchased yourself (if you could get them 3 months in advance online) then it’s a much better deal since you can skip the 2 hour line and just go up yourself. Unfortunately, this tickets go quick and we were left to use the tour as our only option.

The guide Catarina was very very nice. Informative and totally kept us entertained while waiting in line. One issue was that even we bought ticket online, it really wasn’t buying ticket in advance. The guide basically lined up with us for hours to buy the ticket there. Anyone could have done that without a tourist guide. Viator charges so much more but not helping to reduce the wait time. It’s a bit of a rip off. They should have sent the guide earlier to line up for tickets so that we as tourists don’t have to line up with her to buy the tickets. And Viator charged so much more.

The guide, Rawda, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The weather was so good, sunshine and no rain, not much wind. The line up was not long . The only disappointment was the elevator to the summit was closed.

What a great tour. Did it because we couldn't reserve directly with tye Eiffle Tower for the day we needed. The tour guide was informative and fun. We were able to get some great views from the second floor and the summit. Lines were not bad the day we went, but I've seen them get long.
