    Our tour guide never showed up! We showed up before the scheduled time at the designated site and we waited 15 more minutes but decided to go on in without a guide. I have requested a refund.

    Guide never showed up and waited 40 min in case there was some type of accident or unforeseen traffic. Called and texted your guide operator and no answer. Then called viator and she said we should wait another 30 min. I said we would if for certain a tour guide would definitely show up. But then she said she had no idea. So we waited 10-15 and decided that waiting for no one in the sun heat on July 5th at 12 was unreasonable. Wasted our entire day and not one reply. Beware. If you have limited time and can’t reschedule another day in future!!!

    Great tour of the Orsay! Our tour guide was excellent! She gave great historical information as well as artistic history of the paintings and statues.

    My husband is a HUGE Impressionist fan and could spend hours in the museum. I was very grateful to have Marie Claire as our guide to show not only the highlights but to also give us incite to pieces that would have been missed! Highly recommend!!
