What To Expect

Climb aboard a comfortable coach in Paris' city center for the 1-hour trip to La Vallée Village. This open-air mall near Disneyland Paris has become a popular shopping destination for visitors and locals alike, with more than 115 boutiques offering last season's collections at discounts of at least 33 percent off the recommended retail prices.

Shop for mens' and womens' clothing, accessories, sportswear and more, including brand names like Armani, Jimmy Choo, Diane Von Furstenburg and Tommy Hilfiger.

Select either the Express Option (round-trip transportation only) or Experience Option (round-trip transportation, a gift card and lunch) and then, when your day of shopping is finished, meet your host at coach at the prearranged time for the return trip to central Paris.

Express Option:This independent visit gives you about 7 hours at La Vallée Village, where you can browse the many shops and take advantage of at least 33 percent savings. Pause at any time to refresh at one of the mall's four cafes (own expense), and at the end of your day return to the coach for the journey back to Paris.

Experience Option:This upgrade option adds a 50 euro gift card (worth about 68 US dollars), a VIP card that gives you up to an additional 10 percent savings at certain shops and lunch to your shopping trip.

La vallee experience

The ride was good. I expected tht they would have more stored in la vallee but it wasnt. I went to Gucci trying to find the classic sneakers but just got disappointed because they dont have it there and the associate just inform me to shop it in Paris. In short, the styles were just limited.

This offer per se is very convenient as we have a sure transportation to and from La Vallee. Unfortunately, on the day of our trip, we met a minor accident which took a while before we were able to proceed with the trip. it was disappointing that we did not have someone who would update us of the status. Also, we felt that our allotted hours for shopping was shortened given the mishap but we did not get any extension. Would gladly book this again when we go back. Hopefully we will have a better trip :)

Firstly it was supposed to be a 4 hour trip which wound up being 7 hours. I did not sign up for that long but was already at LaVallee when we were told what time to be back on the bus which was not 1 p.m. as advertised and on the receipt/travel voucher but 4 p.m. The shops are pretty much all high end and extremely expensive.

The vouchers they gave were really worth it and the tour was perfectly organised. Though there was a minor hickup where the tour operator couldnt find the reservation. After a few calls everything was sorted out. On the whole a good trip and also a good mall to visit for a some bargain shopping.

We were late for 10 minutes for our 9.30 a.m. trip and the bus had departed. We were booked fr 1.00 p.m. trip. There were only 2 of us on the way to La Vallee but many passengers on the way back to Paris. The counter people could be friendlier to tourists. Do not just act friendly to Caucasians but to us Asians too. We paid the same price.

My only complaint with this tour is it stated on the voucher that departure was 9:30am. when we arrived the lady Patricia told us we leave at 10am.I showed her on the voucher where it stated 9:30am and she was so rude and dismissive and said...I guess you will just have to wait then. Since we arrived early we had to wait one hour in 39 degree weather and no seats to wait for the bus. Would have been okay if it had not been for how rude the employee Patricia was. So, don't trust the time on your voucher!!!

The tour company organising the transportation needs to find a better way of getting customers who have paid upfront onto the bus. Having to queue for a ticket to get on the bus with hundreds of other people is unacceptable. Either than that once on the bus it was fine. The bus ride is comfortable and not too far out the city. This was a great trip as well. The bus was modern and comfortable. My wife and I enjoy shopping for designers items and we were able to find some great deals with designers who can only be seen in the Saks Fifth and Neiman Marcus in the USA.

The tour is very nice, on time. Great place for shopping. La Vallée Village is a fancy, sophisticated mall. Next to it there is another shopping center with all brands shops and an Auchan supermarket. Great. The only problem was that my booking was not there, but the agency honoured my voucher. Always print a voucher.
