The seating arrangements on the boat are incredibly tight and means it does not feel like a private meal at all.
Others on boat had birthdays too and they will provide cake and music if they know.

The Perfect Afternoon!

Well, everything was perfect! They had our reservation and seated us by the window-perfect! The Champagne was ready which led to our first course of salmon-most awesome! from there, and after a bottle of delicious Red wine we had our main course of beef, perfectly cooked and very savory. A little more wine and a delicious dessert of creme brulle. The sights from the boat showed us everything including the Eiffel Tower and the original Statue of Liberty! The perfect afternoon!

Gave ourselves 1 hour 15 minutes from Gare to Nord in a taxi. Got to the quay with a minute to spare. No signage on the boats. Pulled out as I was asking if it was the boat. Waste of £150.
BOAT NEVER CAME and Operator refuses to refund charges

There were about 25 of us waiting from before 12:30pm. The boat was scheduled to leave at 12:30pm but did not show. The attendant informed us that there was a technical issue with the boat and that we’d have to email or call the tour operator for a refund. We decided to leave after 1pm because the Wu could not tell us if the boat would come. The boat did not show. We returned that evening for a different function and asked the same attendant if the boat ever showed. She confirmed that the boat dis not show d told us again to contact the tour operator. I emailed the your operator and their first response asked if I got on the boat. When I sent a second email stating that we le fit after the boat dis not show by after 1lm, the your operator then said that the boat arrived at 1:10lm and that the your is no refundable. DO NOT BOOK THIS TRIP. I was planning to bring a large group for business next year, but I won’t use them. GO ELSEWHERE!

I paid for the most expensive place in the boat and it was as eating in a sauna. It was not AC in that area, and all the trip we were under the sun. The service was not good. Terrible experience.

To be fair it was à very hot day. We took the boat ride fir that very reason but trey kept the windows closed the entire time and barely had the air conditioning on. Open windows would have transformed the experience

Eiffel Tower was wonderful! We passed by the Tower and took some good pictures! And the Noterdam De Paris as well! The waiters were friendly! David served us our lunch, who was friendly and professional!
Impressive start, and a bogus ending

Off to an impressive start, window seating, champagne and an entree to die for. The clunk, sputter and the boat died. We quickly tied up to the bank and began to swelter in the closed glass siding. Main course, the chicken was dry but edible. Dessert followed. We are still tied to the bank. Every other river cruise blithely sails by...... Finally, a rescue boat was summoned and came alongside to rescue the passengers. A little further up the river and turned around to deposit us at the starting point. I have sent an email requesting the refund we were promised. There has been no reply. Nothing. I would not recommend this outfit to my worst enemy.

Great meal. However, we were charged for water when it appeared wine was free. The front of the boat was a litle too warm due to lack of air circulation. Not a bad excursion overall.
Not what we expected

My partner and I booked this cruise with high hopes of a romantic afternoon. Unfortunately there was no air con so behind glass it was extremely hot making it an unpleasant experience. The food was served promptly however virtually inedible - the starter duck pate was a strange congealed lump of what can only be described as resembling cat food. For the main they added 7 euros for a sauce?! And table water was charged 10 Euros, wholly unnecessary we thought and very greedy. My main course of chicken and carrots was like warm and the carrots very soggy. Desert was a piece of cake we had to share (we felt this was misleading selling the cruise as a 3 course meal) We felt conned by all the added charges when we had already paid a lot of money. As the cruise was coming to an end we were force fed a strange mix of music ranging from Mambo number 5 to will.i.am- blaring out , all very strange something classical or soft would have been far more appropriate. We had high hopes for this cruise but unfortunately it didn’t deliver.
