Fantastic day. Be warned it's a long 13.5 hour day. Meeting place was a bit disorganised but everything worked out in the end. Our guide Fabio was helpful and willing g to lend assistance. Our coach was good but if I had a criticism it would be the hatd/firm seats. Overall a good tour of a must visit place.

The meet up place was convenient but the attendants needed to be more organized and efficient. The bus ride was excellent- the driver was skilled and the ride was smooth. It was an absolute pleasure having Fabio as our tour guide, Fabil- he was very knowledgeable, patient and funny. The site was spectacular!

I booked this day trip as a gift to my fiancé (mostly for myself 😜) for our anniversary trip to Paris and I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. The bus was so comfy and cozy. The ride was smooth and steady even during a rainstorm. Once we arrived, we were stunned by how beautiful and magnificent Mont St Michel really is. I already knew it was stunning, but it’s even more gorgeous in person. Do NOT skip this tour because it is worth every cent and more. I’ll never forget it!

We arrived and the tour company said we had no reservation on their side. I contacted Viator who said we did have a reservation and the tour company had been paid their portion already. Instead of working it out between themselves, I was stuck trying to communicate with both sides. The bus ended up leaving without us. We were out an Uber ride and missed the tour. The Viator representative who tried to help us on the phone was good/responsive but he couldn't get the tour company to pick up the phone.

Mont st Michel is an amazing place to go visit. So much history while on the island. I wish we had a little bit more time to spend there. It is a long long bus ride but the views are amazing once there

Very educational. Our tour guide for group 1 was so very helpful. She is a welcoming lady and she explained everything about Mont-Saint-Michel very clear and concised.

the place is beautiful, no question about it. Worth visiting and it was one of my favorite activities in France. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of historical and architectural information about the place. I took off off one start, because the tour was a little too rushed. I wished we had had some more time to take pictures and appreciate the place. Specially because it is a one way pathway through the castle and you can not go back. There were a lots and lots of stairs to climb up, so again, I wish our tour guide had gone a little slower or taken breaks, specially in respect to the elderly people - it became really challenging 1/2 up. The tour was well organized, the bus left on time, and stopped on the way for bathroom break and snacks (not included). Pricy but reliable. I recommend .

We wanted to visit Mont Saint-Michel but we were hesitating if a day-tour would be enough to explore the site. We had read previously some reviews saying that the bus drive was too long and that the time to explore the site was too short. I am very glad we took the tour. The bus was comfortable and made a stop on the way up and way down. We had enough time to explore the site, we were lucky that October was not as busy as the summer. The Abbey and surroundings are spectacular. We had the time to have lunch and walk around. Be prepared to take a lot of pictures, give yourself the time to explore the restaurants, do not choose the first ones, there are many options. Regarding the tour guide, Fabio, he was very organized and had interesting information. I didn't like his "teacher" attitude, kind of rude with some of the tourists on the group. On another hand, the sound system used was not the best. Inside the abbey the thick walls would block the signal and we could not hear what the guide was saying. In order to hear the info, we were forced to walk side by side with the guide and that was almost impossible.

The architecture and the history is magnificent. The whole place is gorgeous and it was a lot bigger in person than I expected. Well worth the kind of long bus ride from Paris.

The trip was well organized. Definitely a must see. Amelia our guide was extremely knowledge about about Normandy, the country side, and history in general - tended to drone on and lost her audience several times. Would have been nice if she lightened it up a bit with a few antidotal fun facts as other guides do. I paid for the guided tour when I arrived I decided to do the Abby’s self guided tour. For 3 euros you are given an an amazing audio tour. This enabled me more flexibility and freedom once at St Michele. The Abby is extremely hilly and has many steps - and understandability needed to go at a slower pace. The place is a feat of nature and is simple amazing - totally worth it.
