    Meet in front of the main entrance to the Architecture Museum at the Palais de Chaillot. It is in front of the main entrance to the Architecture Museum at the Palais de Chaillot, 1 Place du Trocadero et du 11 novembre, 75016 Paris. The building is at the junction of the Place du Trocadero and the Avenue du President Wilson, the entrance faces the road side. Arriving by metro: Take lines 9 or 6 and get off at the metro stop Trocadero. Follow the exit signs to the Eiffel Tower (the signs are brown). The exit is number 1. As you exit the metro you will see the Palais de Chaillot directly on your left. Your guide will be waiting just outside the metro exit holding a sign.

Imad and Esme were great guides. Good blend of history of the region and the island. Also appreciated the strict time table. We made it back to Paris at 20h.

We enjoyed Mont Saint Michele immensely, the uniqueness of the tidelands is spectacular and the abbey was spectacular. it is truly like stepping back in town to a medieval town. a few concerns if your coming from Paris it is a very long drive, that’s not highlighted also you need more time to explore while there before getting back on bus for 4 hours! Lastly people with any mobility issues should be cautious it is a very strenuous walk.

Excellent tour, on time , plus tour guide was wonderful and friendly. Explained what we were going to do while on the road, we had a 30 minute stop at a shop for bathroom break and grab coffee. He took us to the shuttle from the parking lot to mt. Saint Michel, walked with us until we reach to a certain point then we were on our own. He recommended one of the little restaurant to me and my friends. and took the 3 of us to see the back wall behind the shops. What a service! Back at the bus he gave us lots of interesting and additional info about the place. We had a fantastic experience!

The tour was great because we could just enjoy the trip and not be responsible for how to get there, buying tickets, directions, etc. And our tour guide was fabulous. The bus was a great was to go. It was comfortable and clean so we could sleep during the trip. I can’t wait to do more trips with this company.
Worth the drive

This was a great trip , worth the 8 hour ride to and from. The scenery is beautiful and well maintained , it’s like stepping back in time. I’m giving 4 stars because with a long trip your guide needs to entertain you . He was quiet the whole ride and gave 10 minutes of comments the WHOLE trip. He’s very nice and so much to offer . Need to do a better job with the amount paid . Also be prepared to climb over 350 steps !!

Not really directing to the agency but the trip itself don’t seems to worth it as you need to spend 4 hours to, 4 hours back, by bus and only have 4 hours there

Le Mont St Michel, A MUST!!!

This trip just blew me away. Le Mont St Michel was so beautiful and it surpassed any expectation I had and the tour guides Zaid and Minnie were extremely helpful and answered any questions anyone had. The trip consists of a bud ride that has one stop each way at a gas station to use the toilettes and refill with a snack. You’re at the island for about 4 hours which is really enough time to explore the streets and the abbey itself. I’d recommend this to any traveler and would 100% do it again!

Beautiful site trip to maximize your time

Beautiful site, this is a great way to visit the site and maximum your day. There’s a pit stop at a gas station with restrooms and a bakery 2 hours into the journey towards Mont Saint Michael and 2.5 hours back towards Paris. It’s a long journey but made fun with the tour guides stories. I recommend bringing a neck pillow to maximize comfort on the bus.

When booking, remember this is 8 hours of driving in one day with a huge group. So since the one stop with a bathroom break took so long due to a sister tour bus being there as well, it took time away from the actual excursion. Once there, they threatened to leave at a precise time and how to get back to Paris, only to wait 40 minutes for the ONE late customer- robbing us that were there of that time. 3.5 hours is not enough time to eat, enjoy a walk around the site, shop, etc. Waiting on crowded shuttle busses was stressful to make it back to the bus on time. Our tour guide was a nice Indian lady whose accent was very thick. Her mispronunciation of French words and stumbling over history made it hard to understand and enjoy. Maybe utilize the tvs on the tour bus.

Mont Saint-Michel is an amazing place. However, our trip getting there was almost an utter disaster! On our mid-way stopping point, our tour bus left without us. We were 2 minutes past the time to get back on the bus, I repeat, 2 MINUTES, not 10,15 or 20 minutes. We had 2 tour guides on the bus and clearly neither of them bothered to do a head count. I luckily had the phone number to City Wonders and they had to call the bus and have them come back and get us. It took over 35 minutes. My girlfriends purse and cell phone were still in the bus. Thank god I had my cell phone with me. I’m still shocked that they didn’t bother to do a head count. We have been on over 100 tours in our lifetime and this is the first time we’ve ever seen it much less be the ones to experience it.

Saint Michelle, yes, this tour company, no!

See Saint Michelle, but abound City Wonders LTD. Two guides who offered nothing. They had no microphones so if you sat in middle or back of bus you heard nothing. Half the bus was sick and bus was too hot with. I air circulation and refused to do anything about it. Trip is 13 hours, 9 of which on bus (1 in test stops) and three in Saint Michelle (1 in transportation from parking lot to island). Either take another tour company or rent a car.

Arriving at the entrance of Mount St Michel, we were led through by our guide Imad. He stayed with us until the very entrance of the abbey. This was good of him since we would have gotten lost through the alleyways. We were treated by our guide with awesome facts of not only Mont Saint Michel but also by some history of Normandy and even some fun facts about the Eiffel Tower!
