It was very difficult to begin. Two different physical address to start. Plus, we could not link the trip to the app. We texted customer care, but they were not help. After, sifting through the half a dozen email you sent me I finally found the link. Make it simple by titling an email “Click here to link your game to your app”. After that, it was fun. Otherwise, except for the issues in the beginning I would have given it a 5 star.

On few occasions the directions could be little more specific, be aware that the area contains many hills and stairs, other than that, we had a brilliant time exploring Montmartre finishing off with beautiful tour in Sacre Coeur and views over Paris. Would definitely recommend ☺️

Fun family experience

It was fun to do with a family. You only need to buy 1 ticket though as you only use 1 phone. We saw things and places we would have not seen without this game.
