    It was a good audio tour. Fascinating and unique adventure. It was more comfortable down there than I was expecting and I enjoyed it.

    The tour to the Catacombs was worth it. BUT the tour booked by viator was overpriced! My recommendation: book the ticket early by yourself and go there by your own! You will save almost half of the costs!
    Nice, but not as advertised in promo

    The audio was very good and described what I was seeing and why. However, the promo for this tour said the group would be a small group of 6==there were many more than that, maybe 25 and the promo said we would get access to parts the public did not have access to--where was that? So I can't seem to trust this company to accurately describe tours as I also had the description to another tour not be as advertised.

    When we arrived, we were told that there was no guided tour so we wasted virtually more than $100 when we could have just done the audio tour. Terribly coordinated.

    Bought 5 tickets for 530 pm and they closed at 4, lost around 300$ for nothing, would never get tickets again

    Was recommended by friends and family! The tour it’s self was amazing, was a different experience. Would recommend! Was something different to do, but enjoyable. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the guy who was working outside scanning the tickets! Was incredible rude!! My phone was a little slow loading the tickets I already had up waiting, the guy huffed and moaned at me. The other staff scanning tickets were also rude. Overall the tour was brilliant and the guys on the audio booth were actual nice, compared to the other staff.

    Time was rearranged at 1.30am the morning of the visit, by email which I didn't see before travelling to the excursion for the original time I'd booked of 10.30am. Arrived to be told my ticket had been changed despite travelling alone. The people at the excursion were unhelpful and blamed Viator as the third party i'd booked the ticket through. This messed up my whole day as I couldn't go back 3 hours later at the new time due to having another activity planned at that time. No refund, shocking service.

    Amazing tour. Well organized, and amazing to see. A must for everybody. If you are in Paris, check this one out. Book well in advance, it will sell out.

    Do not do the audio guided tour. First of all you can get cheaper tickets on their website. Second if you listen to the audio and take lots of pictures it still won’t be 2 hours long. We went through it in an hour with lots of pictures taken also.

    There are not guided tours on Saturday but I was charged as there was one available. Look forward for a refund.

    The history & the place itself are a fascinating part of this great city. The greeting by staff & the efficiency of the booking/ticketing process made it even more enjoyable to visit. I recommend it to any & all Paris visitors as a worthwhile diversion from the standard pleasures of Parisian life above ground.

    Regular entrance with audioguide

    We loved the catacombs and had a great time, but we were misled by the terms "guided visit" and "live guide". Since it was just the regular audio guide entrance to the catacombs, we found it overpriced.

    Even though it said two hours, the whole experience was over in 1 hour. Too expensive for such a short time. Was not as expected, according to my children (19 & 14). Took another tour of legends of Paris at night and said it was much better.

    A fun way to honor the past

    Really interesting and special. Recommend a last/late time - less crowded and more fun. Enjoyed the audio set, easy to use and nice to go at your own pace. A little clunky at entry with them not recognizing ticket but otherwise, so fun!
