the city tour was a great Introduction to the city. I was able to orient myself to the different landmarks so I could explore later in my trip. The hosts were very very accommodating especially at the Eiffel Tower. The skip the line was definitely worth it. I have already recommended this tour to my friends.

The day was very cold so an open top bus was not the most comfortable ride. Open tops are more for the summer time. The recommendation would be for a closed top tour bus during the cold months.

The tour began with the Eiffel Tower lunch, which we very much enjoyed. After the lunch, is when things began to go downhill. We were then directed to go to the bus for the city tour. The bus was then delayed and got off to a late start. By the time we returned to the meeting point, it was so late that we were unable to go to the river cruise, because we would have missed our train back to London. This happened to other people in our group also. I believe we should receive a partial refund for this tour.

The food on the Eiffel Tower was great. The bus tour was not good. They rented a foxity bus and the audio comments were interrupted. Nothing was immersive! We had not to walk a lot, but had a tour from 1 pm to 7.30pm

No guide, so when there was a problem I had no one to turn to. Level 1 of the Eifle tower you could not take the lift down you had to walk up or down, and with some-one with bad virtago, it was not a pleasant experience...a guide would have been able to speak to the person on the lift to be able to assist me. Also we did not manage to go on the boat cruise as it finished at 3pm so we lost out on that. The bus was not able to stop by any of the attractions so pictures could be taken, these are things that should be looked at. This is my 4th time using Viator, and it is the worse

The bus tour was only about 45 minutes and was pre-recorded. It was supposed to be almost 2 hours. We got to the Eiffel Tour and the guide said that he gave us all the river cruise tickets before we left, which he did not. When we questioned him, he said that we were out of luck. He told us we could go complain at the nearest office and see if they would give us more. We were travelling with an 18 month old, so I wasn't going out of my way to get the tickets. He clearly stole them - another family didn't get them either. We arrived for "lunch" which was barely a snack. Even though I included my 18 month old on the reservation, they told me she was not allowed to eat so we all had to share our snack boards with her. The guide was nowhere to be found once he tossed us into the security line. Completely awful and I wish I could get a refund.

This was a very nice experience for my husband, 13 year old granddaughter and myself. The guides were very helpful and explained everything well. Processing at the Eiffel Tower is tedious but our guide, Hubert, was with us all the way. But be prepared to wait an hour from the entrance to actually sitting down to lunch.

Overall it was very good. The only niggle was the queue into the Eiffel Tower for lunch which meant we were supposed to be there for 1.30 pm for lunch and we didn't get into lunch until after 2:15 pm and we queued for about an hour to get in. The rest was excellent. There should be fast track option as we had timed tickets.

We really enjoy the river cruise tour and view on the Eiffel but we think the bus tour was a waste of time as you can’t really see much. The lunch on the Eiffel was not good, service was ok but non of us like the food.

This was suppose to be the highlight of our family vacation. Unfortunately our plane was delayed 4 4.5 hours in washington DC do to mechanical issues and we did not arrive intime for the tour. We made multiple attempts to reach the Paris City Vision Tour company to explain the situation and we were sent off to a black hole where they never contact you or attempt to make things right. This company took our money and ran. I could understand them doing nothing to help me if i was at fought, but I have proof through the Airlines on my arrival delay. I would never recommend doing any tours with this company. Viator has been a great booking agent, but PARIS CITY VISION has been a complete disappointment.

Our party of four had a lovely introduction to Paris on a morning coach tour driving past many significant sites. Make sure to arrive early so you can get a seat upstairs. Great view of city, especially if you secure front row! Audio commentary was a tad tacky but helpful to us as first time visitors to Paris. Jumping the queues at the Eiffel Tiwer was s big bonus as we would have wasted a lot of time otherwise. We were placed at a table with a wonderful view, made even better by the fact it was a blue sky! The food was very good. The service was.good but don't expect fine dining standards. We were then able to climb up to lookout (300 steps!) and take some great photos. You could stay on this level as long as you wanted. There is a gift shop, a short film (we chose not to view) and glass platform which shows just how high off the ground you are. Included in purchase price was a ticket for a Seine river cruise. We chose to cruise one way in daylight then did return viewing a Paris by night. Stunning! ( note you can't break the journey). It was bracing but we chose to stay on the open top deck for the wonderful views. Overall a great introduction to Paris which suited our needs perfectly👌

The city tour was chaotic due to the driver having to speak both English and German, the Eiffel Tower skip the line tickets resulted in. 40 minute line (still much shorter than without pass) the river cruise was just right. I would suggest the noon time slot if traveling in fall or winter.
