Not one for a warm day!

The actual cruise is a lovely way to see Paris but it was a very hot day and we were obviously on one of the older boats so no air con. Everyone was sweltering in the heat, glass roof so it was like sitting in a green house. We eventually moved to a table at the back which was cooler. There was ample space there so we couldn’t understand why they seated people in the hotter space! A lot of people spent most of their away from their table to try and stay cool. The food is just ok, I would recommend doing the normal tour and bringing a snack/picnic rather then paying for this experience. As I say the cruise and views are lovely but the other elements just made it all quite stressful.

Our feedback on the meals and especially on the cruises is definitely different from yours. Could you perhaps argue your return later, by specifying which aspects of the meal you did not like? Absolutely amazing! I booked this as a surprise for my husband with not that much expectation, but it ended up being a bigger surprise for me! A very luxury experience, food was delicious and the staff were incredibly. We queued up early and got first table pick, which was right at the front of the boat giving us an amazing view. The food was brought out at good times giving us a break in between each course. We even got a whole bottle of wine + glass of Kir. At the end of the cruise we were not rushed at all and got a chance to go to the top and take pictures. Everything was so perfect and this was the highlight of my Paris trip. Thank you to this amazing company.

Our family booked this trip because it covered lunch, the sites, and to accommodate my dad who is in a wheelchair. The check in process was straight forward and boarding was fine. Getting to see the sites as we sailed by was a highlight.

Wonderful experience and great value. We took the lunch cruise and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The trip comes with a pre- meal aperitif, bottle of wine for two, very good dinner and a great dessert. All while floating along the Seine. You will not regret this especially if you're a couple. Bit of advice: don't wear anything too hot, the glass encasement makes the dining area warm if there's any sunlight.

This lunch cruise was a fabulous way to see so many of the famous sites and buildings. The boat was spacious and elegant. Great atmosphere and ambiance. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Best duck I think I have ever had in my life! Highly recommend!

Food good. Setting beautiful. BUT ... you really couldn't see anything form the boat but statue of liberty and top of eiffel tower. Nobody pointed out when we were going by them, and most of them were behind other buildings. Very disappointing. Staff was wonderful. Was very relaxing.

Booked for a group to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday and couldn't have been more impressed. The staff at the dock were great and provided a nice printed map and menu ahead of boarding. The food was great, and the service was well timed and didn't feel rushed. The accordion player was a absolute delight (!) and remained happy and engaging for the entire duration. Boat route was great allowing viewing of all the popular sights and the enclosed area meant you could enjoy lunch regardless of the weather, but also had the opportunity to go to the viewing deck on the roof for a better view of the surroundings. Would highly recommend the cruise as it was a great treat for my mother and enjoyed by all parties, plus they even brought out a cake with a sparkler to help celebrate her birthday with us. Thoroughly enjoyed. Many thanks.

Over-priced

Once an original idea that is now operated as a money-maker. Efficiency abounds here, food has no character- the truth in France now is, nobody actually cooks a local cuisine. The corporate model has taken the joie-de-vivre right out of this nice idea gone strictly commercial. Staff were 'nice enough'- if mask-wearing customer service is your thing. The waiter at our table was enthusiastic, but only with one member of our party, to the exclusion of the other person. Once the boat is underway, the design of the glass over-structure boat really blocks views of, say, Notre Dame for example. Photo opportunities don't really exist, unless you like looking at it with the visual disruption of the boat's support beams and light reflecting off the water throughout the screen of any photo attempts. Yes, a map of the order of iconic architecture is included, but in a rather sensually loaded tour experience, between water, light, food, atmosphere, etc., an auditory guide would be useful. Just a reminder the next historic interest is coming up, kind of thing. I left the experience feeling like I'd spent a chunk of change, 80.00€, on a blah after-affect. Not one of the better quality moments of my last day in France, at the end of an extended visit.
