Tour guide awesome tour company not so much

Our tour guide was awesome. The company he worked for did not have tickets ready for us anywhere. This supposed skip the line tour had a 1 hour wait to buy tickets before we could get into versailles palace. There was also a delay at monets house.

Bonjour Craig, First of all, I wish to thank you for having taken the time to share your experience, your feedback is important to us. I am glad that you loved your guide and his fabulous personality, storytelling and incredible kindness. How do you claim that our guide was "awesome. " and then rate us as giving you a 2-star service? This does not make sense. We have to confirm that all our tours include skip the line tickets and priority access. This supposes a well-separated entrance to Versailles and to Giverny. These dedicated entrances to professionals are supposed to buy the tickets in advance. What we do. We sometimes meet more crowds, especially at Versailles. Tuesdays and weekends are particularly busy days in Versailles. Sometimes there are also people in the line "skip the line" in Versailles. Would doubling this line have made you a real little Frenchman? You actually waited 20 minutes to enter the Château de Versailles. Which was beyond our control and especially the professionalism of your guide. I hope that you will enjoy the rest of your time in France. All my best

Wonderful experience! If your itinerary allows it, this is a "must do" trip. Our tour guide, Ange, was very friendly and knowledgeable (as well as a safe driver). To see where Water Lilies was painted was a dream come true (it is one of our favorite paintings). The beauty (and opulence) of Versailles was unforgettable. My entire family had a wonderful time (including our 10-year old son). We highly recommend this tour! Thank you Ange for a perfect day!

Wonderful!! Our guide, Ange, was so knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Everything ran smoothly from pickup to drop off. The best day of our 2 week trip! This is the best way to experience Giverney and Versailles. No lines, comfortable, informative, just fabulous!

Highly recommend this tour. My family and I did this on our 1st full day in Paris and it was a wonderful and and rewarding experience. Our guide, Jean Paul was phenomenal; knowledgeable, cordial, professional, and full of interesting historical facts and legends. Would not hesitate to book another tour with this vendor. It was the hottest day of the year but both young women gave us an extraordinary visit to Monet’s home and Versailles. Both were knowledgeable, personable and down to earth in their information. With a 12 year old with us, they told anecdotal stories on giving us information about both sites. They were very accommodating about the heat and sought ways to keep us comfortable. I would have them again for a tour.

Very pleasurable tour with Jean-Paul as our private guide. JP was like part of the family but he knew the history and the areas. We recommend you take lunch in Versailles at the place JP recommends. Very authentic place where the locals dine.

WE met our Tour Guide (Anna) and driver at our hotel at 8;00AM - headed to Giverney first, and then to Versailles. Anna was extremely knowledgeable of Artist Claude Monet and his beautiful gardens and home. After lunch (on our own) we headed to Versailles. Once again, Anna demonstrated her knowledge of French History. What an experience for anyone who would like to take a side trip from Paris. Highly recommend this excursion. Anna, Thank You
