Driver never showed up

No show. It seems they send an email if they have a driver assigned. They did not get a driver and they never communicated and we were charged. Now we are asked to work with viator to get a refund. Really bad experience.

Fabulous tour of Paris by car at night. Hamza was fabulous! He was very knowledgeable and took us everywhere to see the beautiful city of Paris at night! He was a good driver and the car was comfortable for getting great night photos! Thank you for making our experience in Paris extra special, Hamza!!!
Worst Tour of my Lifetime

Worst tour we have ever experienced. The tour guide barely spoke English. Did not explain anything? We asked questions and his answers were “I don’t understand what you ask” he just drove by and pointed to places and said this is the Ópera. This is the Moulin Rouge. No history, no information, nothing. We asked him to take us back to our hotel 2 hours early to not waste our entire evening in Paris.

It was an intimate experience just being with your closest friends there was only 7 of us and our driver let us take our own pace not hurrying on any stop

This was a fabulous experience. Hamza was so knowledgeable, and drove carefully to all the sites. He would slow down or stop when possible, to ensure that we received the best photo ops. It was a beautiful evening, and a delightful tour. It was made even better by having Hamza as our tour guide and driver. We highly recommend!
